Gov Uzodinma Supervises Distribution Of Foodstuff And Water...

Governor Hope Uzodinma of Imo state recently supervised the distribution of the food items to the various Local Government Areas, communities and 305 INEC wards.

He appealed to the TC chairmen to ensure that these measures got to the targeted people and told them it was not a time to play politics.

According to him...
''These items are to help cushion the effect of the circumstance we find ourselves.

I assure you that we will continue to do everything humanly possible to not only stop the virus from getting into our state but to also cushion the effect of the precautionary measures we have put in place.
God bless Imo State''.

My problem with this giving of foodstuff is that these people are giving away foodstuff meant for a day and behaving as if they have given away foodstuff meant for a year...stop distributing foodstuff and give the people money to sort themselves out...

they said *cushion* the effect, not take one out of poverty.

    1. This is exactly what i told ky friend i will do if i was a governor.
If you don't supervise it, people will still steal what is meant to feed people at a trying time like this.
I am really happy he took his time to do this.

  2. Nice one

Sanwo Olu is really working, yesterday my mum called that she received a call from Lagos state government to come collect food items at the street where she formerly lived, since it was the address she used in registering as a Lagos state resident in 2014.
She went and was given 10kg of rice, Garri and 3packet of spaghetti.
She said the officials said it's meant for only people from age 60 and above.

    1. Your senior secondary school teachers really failed you and your comment oozes dangerous ignorance. Learn this today: a vaccine is a PREVENTIVE measure, which would help stop a person from contracting a disease by introducing a part or product of the causative agent to their immune system and not a curative one, which would help the body heal from said disease. After you're done making your rounds on this blog, please head straight to Google and other websites where you can educate yourself.
