  2. If you can stay at home, stay and do not entertain any walkabout visitor that cannot stay in one place.

  5. If there's no real reason for you to go out, please, remain indoor!

By the way, the compulsory wear of face masks is a good initiative, but, are there face masks for people who can't afford them?

With all the so man NGOs in Nigeria, one would thought that some of them would be out there delivery these essentials. Kudos to those already doing so much for the needy.

You can't just tell people to wear face masks without making them available for the vulnerable.

    1. We now have locally sewn facemask that is sold for #100. Or tell a local tailor to make one or use a cloth, needle and thread to make one. We can't just fold our hands and expect people to do everything for us.

  11. In Abuja, we are still waiting for some form of direction here.

Like I said, many state govt have a lot to learn from Lagos. A lot.

Some people are in leadership positions and cannot even lead themselves.

    1. @9:21 you are so right on your last paragraph.
That's because they were not meant to be leaders but got there through rigging and corruption.

  14. Copying unpopular moves in America and doing follow follow without realizing it’s just the looney tunes right wing, specifically one family sponsoring the protests to ease lockdown in the US will be naija’s undoing. Half knowledge or incomplete information is why we copy blindly. Hope there is no second wave and that it’s not worse considering Kano is just starting to climb and the shallow graves with multiplied viruses have not yet been blown by desert winds or washed by rain!

  16. If there's a significant enough rise when the lockdown is relaxed (more people moving about and creating a hotbed for more contamination), the FG will enforce the lockdown again I guess. I pray none of us or our loved ones will be infected, in Jesus name, amen.
We will need to use our social media handles to urge the government to enforce another lockdown, if or when this happens.
One thing to keep in mind is, if you are in good health physically, you can beat the virus.
God heal the world and eradicate the source of any pending pandemic, in Jesus name, amen.
