I knew d rice will be bad. Wicked Govt.
ReplyDeleteCan ur kids eat rice dat has been seized for yrs probably locked up smwere in unsanitory conditions with heat and rain and u expect it will be ok for human consumption.
They don't have sense. Something they kept for months, common sense didn't tell them to check it before giving states government.. They were busy making noise that they sent 10trucks of rice to Lagos alone.... Trucks of rubbish
DeleteDo know why they cannot give d so called Nigeria rice dat still fresh😗😚
DeleteWhy are we so wasteful as a Nation? So you mean to tell me that after seizing all those truckloads of rice, they just lock it up in a warehouse and let it decay? So they don't know they can generate income with it by auctioning it out to the general public? They can also sell them to large hotels and restaurants or donate some to different motherless and nursing homes.I am really upset at this wastefulness.
DeleteOjoooomiiii....what? See maggot infested rice given to people to consume.God what have we done to deserve all these wicked leaders ruling this country.
ReplyDeleteAre you Igala? This is really sad.

And some live in penury in the midst of all these abundance.
May God help us.
All we ask for is food; nothing else.

DeleteWhat type of thing is this? This country needs a proper restarting.
ReplyDeleteAs in ehn correct factory settings, it was seized and store away just to spoil haba! Why not donate it to orphanage homes, sell at a cheaper rate to market women Kai! I'm tired of this country walahi.
DeleteVery bad bad government am really angry when people are out their hungry....haba
ReplyDeleteVery bad government
ReplyDeleteWho locks up perishable food items for months and then turns around to distribute it for people to eat??? They should send it to Aso Rock kitchen. If is good for the people to cook and eat, it should be good for it to be cooked there too.
ReplyDeleteBuhari’s government, locks up bags of rice.
DeleteThis Govt is a true definition of wickedness.
ReplyDeleteEvil abounds in this government.
DeleteWe wouldn't see Don and Essah on this post.
Even if these bags of rice were smuggled, letting them in would have been better for the economy than letting them rot away. You seize goods and don’t have an idea of what you will do with them. If this isn’t cluelessness and wickedness, I wonder what is.
ReplyDeleteAt the very least, couldn’t these have been used as part of the ‘feed the school program’? But no, the money to be siphoned from that program needed to be whole and entire😐.
Imagine. Giving people poison to eat.
ReplyDeleteShebi you were all jubilating when you voted Buhari in, you said all manner of unprintable things about Jonathan , little did you all know that you were shooting yourselves in the foot . Corruption still exists and you people voted in ‘wickedness’ to join the corruption. You will all suffer for it. Did you not see other credible candidates to vote in? You are only just starting! Fasten you’re seat belts . You will weep blood !

What an epic waste. In a country where hunger is rife to see this level if wastage. 800 bags no less. Don't these ppl remember that the country is extremely hot and if things are not stored properly humidity and moisture build up leading to mould and mildew and spoilage. All that food just gone down the drain.
ReplyDeleteO lorun o
ReplyDeleteE beru Olorun, eyin ijoba yin. See wastage when three square meal is SO difficult for an average Nigerian.
ReplyDeleteThis is wicked, evil, callous,Insensitive, depraved, objectionable, iniquitous, immoral, opprobrious, nefarious, vicious and cataclysmic Coronavirus
