Saturday Breakfast Post...

Breakfast is the most Important meal in the day................








I am skipping breakfast today,will take detox tea instead and have Lunch  when it's lunch time...

Next week,i will try to prepare potatoes and Vegetables,same way yam and vegetables is prepared...I dont eat yam anymore and do potatoes instead...No reason but that i was always buying spoilt yam or bitter ones.....


who is eating yam and veggies this morning?...I will try bread and Veggies one of these days.

      I've had my combo tea and waiting for my brother to get done with prepping noodles. He asked for red oil, soy oil, crayfish, sardines, carrots, eggs and pepper....i'm await the outcome ๐Ÿ˜‚

  25. PLS All what did I do wrong? I follow the steps to make Akara this morning but it scattered and was flat inside the frying pan. I had to make only custard for mum. I used blender and ensured it was smooth. Pls how do I do it better? So sad about my Akara turned pancakes.

    1. Akara need deep frying. Make sure you use a frying pan that is deep. And put enough groundnut oil. And also make sure your akara paste is not too watery. Better luck next time. Sorry for today own.

    2. Aww. Pele. You need to incorporate air into the mixture. You blend twice if you used a blender. The first time to make it smooth and the second to incorporate air. You can also mix/stir continuously with hand before frying to make it fluffy

    3. Sorry. Stir continuously till you start seeing something like small bubbles, and fry in hot oil. Make sure the oil is much.
      My first attempt was worse than a disaster, but the second time, it came out perfect.
