    3. Mummies or new mums in the house, do not ever put yourselves under pressure after delivery please. Enjoy your body and babies please, there's no crime in having a big tummy after delivery ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿพ‍♀️, you had a living being come out through you and your body needs to go through a process of healing.
Love your body and enjoy quality time with your baby, they grow quickly.

    5. It's all Photoshop jare, me that my nose was still big on my baby's naming. My tummy was still showing sef. These celebrities like posing fine pictures as if there was no change in their bodies.

@Fauzzy some people are like this ,my friend birthed her baby recently her 1 month postpartum body is fabulous. Her tummy is so flat you'd not believe she has had a baby.
Not everything is photoshop you people assume too much.

    8. True..the tummy is easily flat especially when u're a young mum. For my first two babies, my stomach was as flat as the wall 3 days after delivery. But for my third at 35, I still haven't recovered..this is almost five years since then.

    9. I'm still looking for what is unrealistic about this photo. It's not as if she's wearing a bodycon dress that showed the shape and size of her tummy. How did you people see flat tummy inside that sweatshirt she's wearing???

Make una take am easy ooo

  2. This could be her old pictures but besides that you can't compare a woman that gave birth abroad and one in naija in terms of health care facilities

    1. Definitely old pics. Nne I had my first child in Naija and recovered faster than I did when I had my 2nd child abroad.

  4. Lol , Stella I get your sarcasm at flat tummy after two weeks. She is probably cinching with better shape wear ( or girdle ), Which is why she would wear sweatshirt & pants in this heatwave because if na surgery, they must flaunt the abs and be forming gym rat lol. Sometimes taking a good pic is all about the angle too and editing.

  5. Medically speaking, the uterus returns to its original size after 6 weeks.
All these things they fake isn't helping their health; the healing of their wombs
after childbirth because they use a lot of corsets etc. to strap it in.
For goodness sake, the womb is still fragile at this stage.

    3. So true... that's how I almost killed myself trying to look peng for my 3rd baby's baptism photos about 3 weeks after delivery. I used a postpartum waistband. All through out the church ceremony, I had a nasty headache. By the time we got home, I was almost passing out. It was my mum (God bless her for me!!!) that said i should just take off all my clothes and wear my night gown. She was helping to undress me as I was already losing consciousness then she saw the waistband! She screamed "hei! You want to kill yourself?" She quickly removed it and went to get the BP machine. Do you know my BP had skyrocketed! That's how I would have just killed myself for nothing ooo. And all I wanted was to have nice photos for the first time after giving birth!

I forgot to add that I had CS so I was putting unbearable pressure on my uterus wound.

    7. 13:38, you just scared me. With my first and second I had a flat tummy and not because of exercise but because I was always exhausted and wasn't eating properly but with my third I gracefully enjoyed after birth, not too much stress.
Na the tin wey abroad do me be dat, but with my second and third children I was already a pro and just wanted to put on weight because I suffered and resemble broomstick with my first baby ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚

  7. I don't get the obsession and the pressure with women wanting to look immediately the same way they were before they got pregnant.
I didn't even know all these snapback post pregnancy craze was a thing till I got online. You just pushed a whole human out of your body and the next thing you worry your head over is how to look preppy than before. Haha your body went through big changes for almost a year and you want it to magically transform overnight. Focus on your baby and let your body snap back in due time. Women and pressure. Hian

  13. Well some women have flat tummy immediately baby is out and with good care, good girdle all things are possible.

    ReplyDelete
  14. Is possible to get that body in 2weeks cos I did.But you don't have to force it.

Few weeks after I had my first son,a friend of mine that sells postpartum girdle told me that if I can endure to wear it the first few days of giving birth that it will help my tummy snap back immediately since the stomach is still very much soft and contrasts easily.
So I decided to try it for my second and third sons and it worked.
What I did is to wear the postpartum girdle just wear it the second day after giving birth and in 5 to six days, my tommy will be very flat. Plus I was using exclusive to also help my body snap back immediately cos I feed my baby round the clock to help generate more breast milk and to help burn energy as well.

So am not saying it to push anybody but the trust is, some body actually gets back to their shape pretty fast than others.
