  1. You reached out for settlement?

This is why some people don't take rape victims serious.

    1. Justice without evidence? Ps has hearsay ever won any case? Both here and abroad?
I refused to follow this case because I was almost once a victim but I stabbed the idiot, my own sister didn’t blv me, so anytime I see Rape accusation, in my heart, she may b telling d truth but how can she prove it.

    3. It’s unfortunate that Stella doesn’t post my comments but I still share my mind for her to read even if she won’t post.
I knew this case was a dead case on arrival. Where are the evidences to show he raped her?
Whatsapp chats, medical test, witnesses, etc. you’ll think she got paid?
Irony of it is that she may not even be paid at all. She must have been denied so many things like jobs, businesses etc cos men would see her as someone that will bring harm to them just as she’s going after dbanj. So to live a normal life she needed to do what she did even if though it’s a shame and disgrace to all REAL victims.
But let’s be honest what if Dbanj never raped her? Just what IF?

    4. There was no intimidation and no exchange of money......If you look at the fact of the case, you would note that legally, Seyi cannot win the case. Her legal team must have adviced her on the futility and the likelihood of counter-suing by Dbanj would cost Seyi her entire lifetime saving. Remenber Dbanj lost some deals due to the accusation and he has legal rights to sue Seyi for loss of income occassion by defamation of character. How will Seyi come up with the money if Dbanj won the case?

  4. I can imagine how exhausted she must feel, it's not easy going after a big name like Dbanj. I don't blame her at all, me sef just following up and reading everything related to the case was exhausting.
Let her have her peace of mind jare.

  6. Really? We needed to protect our women
Stop seeing them as prey ! I think the govt should set up a very strong panel to give those helpless “victims” voice

  7. In a society where money talks and bullshit works, I don't expect anything different. The rich will continue to rape and get away with it because they have money to buy the trouble. What a country. What a shame.

  8. Why bring it to the public when you know you would still reach out for settlement? I thought you wanted justice. Tell us something else lady. Like someone said yesterday, money has changed hands

  9. I am never saying a word in any rape allegation ever.

    1. Same here sis.
I remember how most of us rooted for her. I have sworn to never drop even the tiniest comment on any rape case ever again, Well unless it's the one i witnessed with my eyes, women like her are a disgrace to the real rape victims.
All she and her likes do is sabotage every efforts made for women empowerment. If you're a rape victim, you better keep it to yourself if you can't report immediately to the right authorities with evidence Because girl/boy, Seyitan just messed every chance you guys might be having to getting justice, No one will ever take rape case seriously, all thanks to her.

  11. Did Dbanj do it? Or he didn't do it? Some of us still don't understand what "settlement" means here. You forgive him i assume

    1. Settlement doesn't necessarily mean money was collected. It could be that both parties chose to resolve issues amicably. In this case, Seyi probably dropped the charges and has decided not to pursue further for reasons best known to her.
She hasn't come out to say she lied or she wasn't raped.

  12. Where are those you has sent Dbanj to prison through online court. Nonsense and ingredients. Madam has gotten what she wants and everything is good. Truth is like day

    1. Are you minding them? They have gone quiet now, they judged and persecuted dbanj without concrete evidence....awon social media court. Sentiments does not win any case in the court of law anywhere in the world. They were so eager to see dbanj fall, the girl has said otherwise now they cant comment. World pple, they refused to be objective and ask questions, someone said something and boom its the truth. It has to be that she was threatened becos its dbanj, they refused to see the truth. Was there sex? Yes, was it consensual? Absolutely 💯
If she had even told her mum or taken action like going back to the hotel to lay complain even after it happened and record the complain of rape, she would have enough evidence. Did she complain to the said friend that invited her for the outing? What is the friend saying?
It's a pure case of blackmail that didn't go as planned shiorrr

  13. This girl ehn, you go harvest wetin you dey plant by force.
Moving forward, I just can't imagine the disdain, bullying, social media torture that real rape victims will face. This is some effing bullshit from this Seyitan. Na God go pay you in your own selfish coins in kobo.
See as she is and continues to rubish STER. Tho she is thanking them, their reputation & integrity has just suffered a mighty blow. Whether she reached out for a settlement or STER did, who even freaking cares sef. The harm that she has done against fighting rape is huge, putting the victims in a nasty shit hole .

  14. So Dbanj even told her to correct the impression🤔🤔🤔.Madam please explain the kind of settlement you took. You cannot create a ruse and come back with your half baked explanations

  16. Dbanj has used his money and fame to intimidate this lady into submission. If this will give her peace, then i support her decision. We only know a fraction of her battles. May God give you peace that no man can take from you Seyitan and may he rebuild anything that needs to be rebuilt in your life.

The good news is that Dbanj will always think twice before he tries to have sex with her any lady forcefully.

    1. Better be neutral @Blackberry rather than taking sides in what you know nothing about.

Don't partake of anyone's sins by taking sides either way. 🤐
Every deed, good or evil must be harvested in abundance by the doer.

Let their conscience and God judge them.

  19. I don't blame her, Nigerians victimize the victim
    It's quite unfortunate

Next time if you can't pursue a case, don't bring it to the internet. Or wait until you have made so much money. So sad. Meanwhile if he raped her, he will get away with raping several girls.

    1. In all the time you’ve spent in a hotel, has anyone successfully gone in to rape you? Has anyone come in without a call put out to your room and your acceptance?

Girl, sit your attention seeking arse down!

  20. This is really so unfair, if you tarnished dbanj’s image and now you want to move on then that’s really bad. Now everyone believes he did it cos he is rich and has a name and all that , dbanj might just be the victim in this whole thing but people will never believe because he is rich and famous let’s not also forget we have brothers, sons and husbands meaning anyone could just accuse them at anytime , every one will believe and then the girl or woman will just want to move on like nothing happened , Truth will surely come out one day

  23. D'banj is still pressing charges and the case is still alive, according to his lawyer, Mike Ozekhome. You can't just throw dirt on someone's reputation, have him condemned in the court of public opinion then 'Nicodemusly' reach out for settlement.

  24. I don't even know what to say

  25. She had a lot of people ready to support her which kind of intimidation can soften her like butter, Hmmmmm the way some Nigerians think sha, hmmmmmmm

  26. Seriously, I had a bad feeling about this from the word go. Rape is a problem in this country but this girl worsened her case. Whether Dbanj raped her or not is not the focus here. The focus is on what happened after. Apart from God, you need money to survive in this country. She went online without evidence. That was an F9. Did you think Dbanj will sit on his ass and watch you destroy him? Then she made a police case and suddenly her family tells her the truth: no evidence, no case so withdraw and save whatever rep you still have left. Now she don accept settlement but won't mention if money was exchanged (clever). That settlement will serve you for sometime but the truth is not everyone will want to work with her or give her a job since she has branded herself as trouble. Ask Monica Lewinsky.
