DeleteWell, in my office, we were paid transport and entertainment allowances before Covid 19. However, due to the pandemic, we have been enjoying free transportation to and from work with the company's vehicle, yet, the transport allowance is still running. Not saying the PA did right but sometimes, you can make things a little easier for your employees.

ReplyDeleteSee ehn, the lady deserves to ask for tfare o. Coming to meet you on the island is an official assignment. Her official work location is your house or your office wherever the case maybe. Anything outside those places you owe her tfare. So if you decide to visit 4 places in a day. Okay let's use an example of you having a job outside Lagos and you told her to come meet you there, is she going to foot her bills? of course not, the same thing applies here, anywhere outside the offical work address you take the cost. So will you send her to bank and expect to use her own money.Why do companies pay workers when they send them outside work area.
