IN HOUSE MEMO

Congratulations to my one and only god daughter Folasade who just got a work permit and visa to enter the UK:::she will leave in about two weeks..

She is a Nurse ,a very Brilliant and beautiful one and i am so so proud to say that she is one of those God used me to help get thru school and i am so excited eeeeh......choi see salary eeeeh.....

Infact after covid i will be going over to london to see her and give her the biggest hug ever and we will go out with all bvs that are interested to any correct Amala joint to chill out.

This life eh!!!...I remember all the times it was time to pay for one thing or the other and i would sometimes get upset cos of the small demands,now God has elevated her and she will NEVER beg again....Awesome GOD!!!

Meanwhile,I bought a slimming tea from a Turkish shop and abeg una,nobody told me that i will be moving my stuff to live in the toilet!!..shuuuuuuu i am not doing again please!!!..lol

Weight Loss- Water intoxication

We need 2350milliliters (2.35 litres) of water a day.
4cups (1litre) from drinking water

4cups (1litre)from food

1 and half cups (350mls) produced from metabolism.

Prevention

-If you are exercising, water intake should be monitored and fluid intake shouldn't be limited to water.Fluid electrolytes like infused juice ,glucose,salt and water could be taken

-Your water intake should not grossly exceed their losses.

NB:Your water intake should be equal to water output and if otherwise, check you organs.
