    2. A car is a liability as far as I'm concerned because it gulps money instead of bringing it in.

      Congrats by the way

Mbok, just be true and happy with yourself.
      People's opinions should not matter.
Na only you know whether you happy or not or whether you get money for fuel or not.

  4. Make I even post my own here.
I got married five years ago. While I have an 8-5 job of less than 100k (very grateful for this job), my husband is a business man/contractor and most times it's for the government.

Since we got married, no show from his side so basically I have been the one shielding everything. It has not been easy but being the kind of man he is (always jovial and saying one day I go pay all) I took his words everytime and pray things get better for him.

We have two kids (a set of twins). From diapers to feeding I was providing 90% of everything. My husband and I aren't just couples but we are best if friends, so even with the financial situation we still managed and kept a family. No fights at all.

Yesterday he came back home and was just smiling, I thought it was his normal smile when he gets home daily to see his family (you can't differentiate when his sad or happy cos he is always playing).

So he got home and said "omalicha Baby, which account should I pay you the money I have been oweing you as an onigbese husband"?

I said abeg sit down jare.. He looked at me and repeated same thing. I said jokingly said my GTB.

Gbooooooosa, 2.5m entered my account within minutes. Before I could say anything, he said I will give you another 2.5 by Monday to make it 5M. It's for you and not for the family o. Buy anything you want. Mimicking DJ Khaled.

Stella and fellow BV's, the next thing I started saying was yes sir, yes sir, yes sir. Anything he asked me, I would answer with yes sir. Na then I know say women we love money. The yes sir was so little that I didn't know when I started kneeelinh down to say yes sir. This na husband wey I senior with 1 year and 8 months oh

The man just started laughing at me.

Government paid him a huge amount of money , I mean huuuuge amount for something he did 4 years ago
