    I either have white rice and beans with fish stew or yam porridge. I haven't decided.

    1. I recently started doing this and it is the best thing ever,because my digestive system can't come and go and kill itself helping me when it comes to my bred.If i don't dunk,na to labour for loo oh.

      I don't know if it is just me,but eating bread alone and no liquid, is a disaster waiting in the washroom to happen,it is a miracle if i escape constipation.

    1. Lots of veggies and fruits are usually good regardless of the trimester.
      Wishing you a happy pregnancy and safe delivery in advance.

    2. Eat everything then. Just make sure your meals are as balanced as possible. Avoid carbonated drinks,acidic fruits e.g orange,pineapple and unripe pawpaw( some people say it causes contractions at early stage). Take your routine drugs(don't take anything not prescribed by your doctor). Rest well and be happy. All the best dear

  17. Been diping since childhood and cant stop because the taste is always heavenly. Sorry, I am not stopping this. I detest tea when It is done seerately and boring toio jusk like using spoon or forkknife to eat swallow*sup.
