  2. So is he saying they won’t repeat Imo and Osun scenario in Edo State?

  3. He always knew election is not war. They all wanted a free and fair election and they had it. If Oshiomole wanted to rig it the way he did for obaseki 4yrs ago he would have done it.

Obaseki was the one that wanted war actually because he was scared, knowing what Oshiomole did for him 4yrs back, he thought he will do same for POI.

I get PVC but I didn't come out to vote because they are all the same.

I don't believe POI will do anything and Obaseki has done nothing in my area. All the basic infrastructure I'm enjoying today were done by Oshiomole.

    1. Please support your oshiomole in peace and stop the lies. Obaseki's work is speaking for him in Edo State. We voted for him because we want continuity of the good work he's been doing. Nonsense and blind supporter!

  8. Pastor didn't lose because he wasn't good. He lost because of the dictator called Oshiomhole. I knew from the onset he was heading onto defeat. It will shock you to know that some APC governors stood with Obaseki, I mean the set of governors that removed Adams as national chairman.

I know a lot of APC people in Edo that voted Obaseki. It was about the man not the party.

  12. Edo No Be Lagos...
He should have known from the beginning that with a personality like Oshiomole and others with questionable personalities behind him, he got no chance against Obaseki.
Congrats to my Governor.... Edo people has spoken.

  18. Stella I was there as an observer and trust me when I say Obaseki won with greater votes than what was recorded. Even though he’s a pretty useless thieving governor, the people of Edo state voted for him.

It was a very scary election and we had to move with soldiers but the violence was not half as bad as we had anticipated. I must say. Big ups to the good people of Edo state for valuing their lives over the political ambition of others.

Collation was something else as phones were ringing nonstop and it took a lot to weed out the cronies of both parties. People were being escorted out left, right and centre. Manipulation and influence was heavy and ordinary me because I had a tag was offered a huge sum of money to give intel. I acted like I didn’t hear anything and carried a straight face. This morning at breakfast a few of my colleagues were discussing and it turns out a few of us were asked to manipulate reports. This was coming from both parties Stella. The one that won wanted to make sure we say it was free and fair. The one that lost wanted to make sure we report that it wasn’t free and fair. Nigeria which way?

I’m just really grateful to God that it ended the way it did. Anyone who is aggrieved should take it to court. I’ve submitted my unqualified report to my organization. My opinion was to the effect that although the election was not entirely free and fair, the incumbent governor truly did receive majority votes and won the election fair and square.

I really hope I don’t have to do this dirty and scary job again. The allowance is not enough to risk your life.

  21. It's good to be friends with good people. Pastor Ize Iyamu followed the wrong people. I mean Oshomole and Bola Tinubu plus Ganduoje are like epidemic. A good name is better. Choose your friends well, dont hang around with "Enemies of the State".

  22. Choosing your friends wisely is very important

  23. Oshiomole called himself a political lion, and Obaseki a political lizard, las las lizard don defeat lion.

  26. This is victory for all the long-suffering masses of Nigerians who groan and gnash their teeth under maximum Ruler, Buhari. This is victory for the people of Southern Kaduna whom the government folds hands and watch as they are slaughtered by Fulanis whom El Rufai knows and claimed to have paid to stop the annihilation. The liberation of Nigerians shall never come from the blood-thirsty APC under whose rulership news of massacres is normal. Were it not for the broad daylight election heist of the of 2019, Nigerians would have been on the golden road to emancipation once again.

Garba Shehu, Femi Adesina, Bola - frog - Tiefnubu, Oshiomole, Gandollar, Idris Bello, Liar Mohammed, Buhari etc, this massive failure to deploy your usual rigging mechanism and violence is dedicated to the Government and good people of America. They were ready to whip your butts but una get sense. Oshiomole, Rest In Political Peace (RIPP)! See you in jail.

  27. I laugh at Nigerians, see the Edo state they praise, I can't even live in such an environment,Benin looks like one ugly village. No progress, don't compare Edo to Lagos, if your state is good, why do you all keep running to Lagos. By the way, the truly educated people in Lagos aren't forced to vote, we vote our choice.
Come to Surulere, we have one of the best roads in Lagos and we have leaders who work. Not some governors who serve for four years and then campaign with a promise to repair a road after he wins. I feel for Nigerians. Your hatred for Buhari won't let you all reason.

Hopefully we can all move beyond APC and PDP but the lazy youths are more interested in the 5k cash they get to vote for these men and Bbnaija show that'll add absolutely nothing to their lives, than to bring out a leader that can replace these guys that keep recycling each other..

Wake up Nigerian Youths, Wake Up!

    1. Anon 00:37, you are delusional! Have you stayed in Benin city before? Did I litrearily hear you say Benin is urgly? I laugh you in spanish😂... I am from Delta state, I stayed in benin for a few years and I am currently resident in lagos. I boldly say it, Edo nor be Lagos!!... You are saying the roads in Lagos are perfect with a reference to Surulere, (smh)... I believe you know how good the road at ogba happen to be( an irony), you know how easy lagos happen to be. A state where an average man works from hand to mouth because food is way too expensive, transportation is killing and life is hard. There are no good foods in Lagos. The garri is God forsaken, no starch and sold expensively at 1k a basket at the mainland, what of the island? You pay close to #1500 to travel a distance of less than an hour and you call that good... Have you seen benin egor to oba market road? It was bad years back but now solidly repaired. A bus will take you there for hundred niara, that's almost an hour journey. The state bus will carry for #50 / #70. That is functionality. The mighty Lagos you are claiming has jobs is where graduates are hawking and workers using their personal rides as taxi for a fair of just #300. One will always see cars with tinted glasses, jeeps, hilux, etc carrying striving people for a cost. They don't do this out of pity, its out of struggle. They are finding it hard to survive. ...i rest my case! Edo nor be Lagos!
