I only look forward to speaking to my mom, dad and older brother on phone, every other person's call gives me anxiety for whatever reason and i usually ignore their calls or i grudgingly call back hoping they don't pick up their phone. my friends don complain tire but they've accepted they're better off just texting me. it's a terrible habit but it's soo hard to change

DeleteThank you @snarker, I have been trying to explain this to my sister but she felt I am pretending. I so HATE picking calls or calling people. Thank God I now know I am not alone and thr funniest part is that when I manage to pick the call or call you back, I end up enjoying our conversation and even extend our talk for about 10mons or more... but for me to pick or call back lmmidiately always feels like I am about to be punished. I feel like the pressure of the whole world is on me.

ReplyDeleteHe travelled on Monday and called to tell me. This afternoon I called him to at least reciprocate the calls but sincerely wishing he wouldn't pick. Thankfully, he didn't. I was so happy eh, at least nobody will say I didn't call to check on him. Check fire.
