  1. Check on people you know. Call everyone you know that was part of the protest at Lekki.. A lot of people are in the hospital, stranded, bleeding to death and with no loved ones around or even aware they're in that situation. Phones are dead, lost and you can't even reach them. Some lost their lives at the protest ground and family members don't even know yet.

I'm still in shock.... Rip to all those who lost their lives. And may their souls hunt all those responsible for the massacre that happened last night.

    1. I was there on Saturday and Sunday and I am happy I participated. Honestly the protest was peaceful and I believe what people are saying that on Monday they organized tours to kill the credibility of the protests and by Tuesday this πŸ’”πŸ’”πŸ’”πŸ’”πŸ’”πŸ’” happened.

I couldn’t sleep yesterday πŸ’”πŸ’”πŸ’”πŸ’”πŸ’” is so saddddddddd thanks Aeneas, BeyoncΓ©, Jack, Rihanna, Nicky, Cardi, Ye etc for helping us to draw attention to our stupid UN that refused to take this up.

Big army why kill your fellow citizens who ain’t armed, why didn’t they scare them by pouring tear gas or water

    2. That's it, make calls. If you can't reach them call neighbors.

My cousin and his flatmates were tracked to a hospital bed courtesy of a neighbor who went round some hospitals to show the nurses their pictures and they recognized them.

The doctors are treating for free though, just bring the wounded in.
God bless everyone involved in the rescue mission.

  2. Donald Trump, what are you waiting for to sanction Nigeria over this act? If you keep quiet over this, thousands of Nigerians resident in America will turn their back at you in the coming weeks election. Utilize the moment now and act. You are not just world power for mouth.

    1. Don't even aggravate me this morning. Is Donald Trump different from Buhari? Are you ignorant of what is going on in America because of him? Please just face what's on ground. I'm too angry today. I'm just so sad.

    2. Isn’t this happening in the IS right now? Did he no teargas peaceful protester for him and his family to walk by? Did he not send national guard to the street to kidnap and kill innocent protesters few weeks ago? So on what ground will he sanction Nigeria? Have you ever heard him stand for what is right before? Please bros put your hope in God and leave the clown alone. If Donald trump did not do it in America just few weeks ago Nigerian government would have been careful. No one is bothered about America sanctions anymore. Maybe China will scare Buhari not trump.

    3. Donald Trump is a supremacist, what ever killing going on in Nigeria is only going to fire his embers. He has not stopped or condemned the killing of blacks in front of him and you are typing this here.🀬🀬🀬

    4. Leave Donald Trump out of this! If you're not up to date with politics of America and his actions as commander in chief, use Google or just stick to writing epistles or whatever πŸ™„

  10. Please for those who know, abeg tell me cos I want to know. What is the point of tagging international bodies? If they sanction Nigeria, we the masses will suffer it too or even worse than our leaders. If they sanction our leaders, they will take it out on the masses. If they invade Nigeria, the outcomes will be horrible for everyone, look at all the countries invaded by US are in ruins today. Most of those foreign bodies are corrupt as well. Abi is it for our leaders to feel shame..they have no shame, not one. As for the celebs Beyonce and co, Bubu doesn't know them or rate them...

    1. Those people and international bodies are called 'powerful'for a reason. There's always a caution before an action. This is them warning him.

    2. Powerful in doing what? The foreign countries will just close their embassies, then use jets to airlift their citizens out of Nigeria. Any decisions they take will affect the masses. And I think they make decisions that benefit them financially, not us.

    3. NIB your wisdom is rare in this post ..You reason in a mature way ..Indeed all the countries Libya and IRaq that they I intervened what became of them ???

  11. As in. History has it that foreign invasion is bad for Africa. Same foreigners that came on a ship and colonized and enslaved us. Our rot today is a result of colonialism. All their foreign aid is to keep Africa at the bottom. They have lured the best of us away into their countries. Our best minds and best students who would have made good politicians are in the US and Canada. Good for those who got away, but it's more loss for Nigeria. You think a tweet from Kylie Jenner will move Buhari? He no send the west. Get a tweet from King of Saudi Arabia. We are our own Messiah. Why did Okonkwo kill himself in Things Fall Apart? Foreign invasion.
