Saturday Breakfast Post....

 Breakfast is simple for me today....




I am having Garri flakes with Milk,honey and nuts and small coconut flakes.......That's all for this Morning..

Has anyone here ever blended spinach or ugwu or waterleaf and drank it?Someone said she tried it as part of losing weight and it tasted delicious..how?I know it sounds healthy but it must taste horrible...

Let me settle for my garri flakes....shout out to those eating hot eba with banga soup this morning...LOL

    I do take that bitter leaf water oh,it helps to detox too

  2. I blend Ugwu. I do that weekly. Stella, you can add a slice of pineapple to sweeten it, if you don't like the taste.

  3. No breakfast this morning... I might have brunch later. Just fresh yogurt with verities of nuts and raisins.

    It would be barbecued fish with plantains and broccoli 🥦 salad later.

    Stella, freshly squeezed ugu leaves used to be my favourite drink.

    You can add spinach, mint and cucumber 🥒 and blend them together and drink, it tastes quite nice.

    1. I too had some nuts and raisins but in my banana smoothie. I used full cream milk. None of those 'healthier' options for me.....lol

      I am getting set to eat a decadent brunch.

  4. I just started my routine to look fly during Christmas so from the first day of October I have been eating 0-1-0 though yesterday I did longer throat and ate small jollof rice yesterday night. I will do this till end of the month then start gym again from November till 2nd week of December. We must slay come Christmas 🎄

    I will eat leftover Jellof rice around 12, it’s not easy but I must persevere.

    3. Hello Prettiest Rosie, you can actually eat 3 times a day and still achieve your desired body size. Just do portion control. Skipping breakfast is not healthy for our body.

  5. Bottom-pot okro soup with eba while they eat spaghetti. Will make ukazi soup and snails in the evening.

    1. Maybe you are not eating right. Add veggies to all your meal and also do portion control.

      Cut off beverage, spaghetti and the likes and you will see result. Skipping meal is not healthy.

You lose weight faster by eating more often (healthy meals in controlled portions). Look for a fun and sustainable exercise to boost your metabolism. Carve out a healthy meal plan and adopt intermittent fast... Do these and see the weight fall off with ease.

  12. Stella i add water melon, cucumber, to the spinach, and other green leafs to it, its bomb it quickly detoxify my system with reckless abandon and makes my skin fair.infact I drink alot of smoothies that tones me naturally.
