Seyi Tinubu’s Firm Explains Why The Billboard Lights Were Switched Off At The Tollgate On The Day Lekki Genocide Occurred.

The management of Loatsad Promomedia Limited
owned by Seyi Tinubu (one of the sons of Bola Tinubu, the National Leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC)...)has claimed it turned off the billboard at the Lekki toll gate, in obedience to Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu’s curfew order.

There has been outrage over the decision to disable CCTV cameras and turn off the billboard, shortly before End SARS protesters were attacked at the Lekki toll gate but Loatsad Promomedia, in a statement posted on its Instagram handle, insisted it had no ulterior motive for the action.

It read: “When the ‘EndSars and ‘say no to police brutality’ protests started from day one, we wholly supported the movement and used all our platforms to promote the messages (I believe the promoters can verify this information) as we believed in the cause.

“On Tuesday, when the curfew was announced we heeded the governor’s warnings and didn’t want our staff in any danger, hence by 3pm our staff had been ordered to leave the site and the board was switched off based on the governor’s curfew request.

“We had no idea what was going to happen and we feel the same anguish, pain and shock at the events that unfolded and our hearts and prayers go out to the victims and families of this ungodly act.”

Hmmmmmmmm,In other words the Governor gave the Order?I have read this two times and that is what is implied.

    1. Time up for Tinubu ‘s political relevance for life. Even his son that they’re allegedly positioning to take over from Sanwolu, his wife’s permanent seat in National assemble , his “Iya Oja” daughter , nieces & nephews that took positions of other people, should call it a day. D North has used & dumped him, he’s totally on his own. Saw a video where Tinubu was being booed at d Airport in France , yesterday. They got d news that he was coming & went to block him, no hiding place for a wicked man. He thought that France would be calm & unnoticed for him , & ran there. So sad, he would live a frightening existence for d rest of his life. Something we thought he started in honesty as a Nadeco member , in d 90s, turned out to be all deceitful & gluttonous. I wonder if he can ever be a free man again , bcoz kids of anger are ready to humiliate him anywhere. Sey I better be careful b4 d sins of his father will become catastrophic for him. Sanwolu was actually acting on instructions , but messed it up by dying there was no casualties.

If Nigerians or Lagosians ever allow Tinubu rule again the we are not serious. How can one man be sitting on a whole state of elites' wealth and no one can question him. Na jazz

  14. What does the switching off of the billboard got to do with curfew? So cos there's a curfew everywhere should be dark? Again, what is the relation between removing CCTV and curfew? This is pure wickedness and premeditated murder.

I doubt if Nyemson Wike would do this. Sanwo Olu, you won't have peace in this life.
