ReplyDeleteI reflect on my life and I see the many mercies and help that God has bestowed, I get overwhelmed with gratitude and feel so thankful. My heart is so full and the words of expression in appreciation seem unending and yet a few minutes or perhaps hours, the thanks begin to dwindle and in between my thankful prayers are questions, doubts and worries on unresolved issues in my life. I begin to waver in faith and gradually a crestfallen disposition creeps up on me and I forget all I was ever thankful for.
ReplyDeleteThis continues until a situation worse than mine flashes before me and then I suddenly remember to thank the Lord.
Shame grips me on my lapses in thanks and again I start off from where I stopped.
I don't want to be caught in between these two extremes of unthankfulness and gratitude. Help me choose to always be GRATEFUL Lord. 🙏🙏🙏

We have to take one at a time while we prepare to do the needful next election cycle.

May I add, that SARS may not be more important than the killings in the North, but one difference is that the killings in the north are not by people OVERTLY backed by government, the SARS brutality is by a government backed agency. Government can argue they are hunting the terrorists and criminal herdsmen, in SARS case, no need to hunt, end the agency and take away their arms.

Last 2 months, my mother did hers and she stopped having sex in the dream and last month my sister did same and she said having sex in the dream as well, that thing can destroy someone's life. If you do it right the first time, you don't have any business doing it a second and third time, you can't be appeasing what you are trying to get rid of all the time, you just settle once and move on. Its very common where I come from and it's done traditionally and it doesn't stop you from going to church.
