Hmmmmmmm....
STAND ALONE NARRATIVE
OFFICE THEFT
Hello Stella
There has been the issue of Theft in my office for some time now. One time it was 2k,4k (new staff). just last week, another 1k. It happens to ladies because they put money in their pulse unlike guys who theirs in their wallet.
The same week, a certain staff which I didn't understand his movement. I followed him as i saw him putting his hands in the bag of a colleague. The bag was close to the computer system which was on top of the colleague's seat. He claimed he was trying trying to shut down the system on the ground that it refuse to shut down. He taught I didn't see him. But believe me, I know what I saw. This is the same system I shut down myself the same day. A staff confided to me about his escapade of which I believe
My question is should I confront him? Which might lead to denial or abuse because he is the aggressive type. Or I report to management or should I leave him to God because it is becoming embarrassing to our corporate image
Please keep me anonymous. Thanks
*Do not confront him oh but please report anonymously to the company or report and beg to be anonymous...Are there no surveillance cameras in and around the office?

I think you guys should gather together and set up the thief....put ink on the monies and once the money gets missing, everyone should be searched in close friend with him in front so he does not throw it away.....
Think of something but please DO NOT CONFRONT him....it might get nasty.
Stella FBI.. lol.. the ink idea makes brain ..
ReplyDeleteI hail you for that ink idea is good
DeletePlease don't confront your colleague because he will deny it,the only way forward is for you and your colleagues to team up and set a trap for him.
ReplyDeleteπ€£π€£π€£π€£π€£choiii Stella,you be real badosky
ReplyDeleteSee sense na
Dont confront him, what if what you saw wasn't what it seemed. Since you guys wanna turn detective, try to observe him because in the mouth of more witnesses, a matter is confirmed.
ReplyDeleteSometime ago, someone picked cash from my purse in the office. I just alerted my other colleagues to be careful as it seems there was a thief in close proximity. People had their suspects but my dear, I carry my purse anywhere I go now. Dont make enemies by confronting someone based on one time suspicion.
God bless you,my taught exactly.... Making enemies in your work place nor join at all
DeleteGo with Stella's idea.. People are busy looking for job while someone with a job is busy stealing and looking for a way to leave that job(yes! Because he will leave when he's caught)..I don't understand some humans..
ReplyDeleteInstant confrontation would have worked best.
ReplyDeletePeople get mind sha , for this kind period wetin sweet you to do na to steal women money, money wey no dey reach us women" you still dey collect from handbag chai what a guy . Please poster follow what stell said and May God bless you richly.
ReplyDeleteLol @ money wey no dey reach us women
DeleteFollow Stella's idea and set him up
ReplyDeleteDo not confront him. Do not report him. As far as u don't steal anything, keep quiet and let other people act in d drama that will take place. U are not d security officer of ur corporation, don't cause anything that will create enmity between u and a violent person, especially when his daily bread is involved. He will try to revenge somehow. Keep ur things and keep ur mouth sealed too. He will be caught without ur input and ur safety at risk too.
ReplyDeleteI support Stella idea.
ReplyDeleteYour organisation should have survelliance cameras.
ReplyDeleteEvery right think organisation should.
Na only fashola Holmes fit solve this matter.
ReplyDeleteYour company doesn't have camera π€π€π€π€π€ this one na hungry tif fahππππππ
