Katsina Gov Masari Reveals That 333 Students Still Missing After Bandits Attack + Parents Of Missing Kids Protest

On Sunday, the Governor of Katsina State, Aminu Masari, has revealed that 333 students are missing following the bandits’ attack at the Government Science Secondary School in Kankara, in the early hours of Saturday.

Masari disclosed this on Sunday when he received a Federal Government delegation led by the National Security Adviser, Babagana Monguno in Katsina.

He says the government is yet to be contacted by any group or person responsible for the kidnap of the students.

Parents of the abducted students on Sunday staged a protest over the sad incident. They held placards and called on the Federal Government to immediately rescue their children.
Their placards read ‘Government must speak out’, ‘We want our children back’ and ‘We want security in Kankara’.

The governor has ordered closure of all schools and assured the residents that the students will be rescued soon.

    1. No, they needed to do it to slap Buhari right across his dumb face as he is at home. I love the audacity! Thumbs up to the bandits leadership who effected this.
The other day the coalition of Northern youths wrote that they will resist another endsars protest with violence.
No, they should come and applaud this. They insisted that change of government is till 2023 at the polls and no protest will be tolerated. Haaa...Dear Lord, give them more reason to wake up and be at the forefront of the next protest.

    5. The same parents that are urging the government not to use force but to dialogue with the bandits? Have you forgotten the bandits are from that same community?
Well let's see if this will wake them up to see that they are at the receiving end of this inept government.

  7. The solution to all this is to desist from supporting evil simply because you feel it favours you at that point. It shall surely come for you someday. These guys are just reaping what they've sown overtime. I hope and pray they get out of it. My heart is with those innocent boys.

  10. Hmm see a caller contacted a radio station and said that these bandits came heavily armed and carted away these students on bikes! Imagine!! and this has been a normal re-occurrence and everyone knows including the governor. And he said the operations were carried out for hours, no security personnel on ground yet a President is in that same state this atrocity happened and he feels like he is safe..When Chibok happened they brought out funds that will fence all schools in the Northern parts as that was why it was easy for the kidnapping to occur..have those fences be done?..Have you seen the Katsina school, no fence, no barcade, very porous so it was so easy for them to carry out the evil act..You see this ''I can do anything and nothing will happen'' is gonna be the death of this country..I am waiting for Garba Shehu or Liar Mohammed to say the school had no clearance to be in session..Everyone has been bound to the Philistines..My people come 2023 please focus on your house of reps/Senators more than the President cause the ones we have are as useless as the letter k in KNIFE..

  13. Katsina is one of the famous K sisters that always comes out in a large mass to vote for their brother even though they know he's got nothing to offer? They even go as far as getting their under age to vote as well? What an irony!

May God help the innocent boys.
