ReplyDeleteI appreciate the Almighty God for the privilege to be among the living today. It was a rough ride through the journey of 2020 especially with COVID 19, but I thank God my family and I are still alive to see the end of the year.
This night, I'm thankful to God for the gift of life, good health, security, journey mercies, provision and his directions.
I also want to specially thank you Stella for this wonderful platform, you make the blog a spot for rewind. Thank you for all the support both financial and moral given to your blog visitors, you're such a rare gem, may God continue to bless and be with you. I appreciate all the angels on the platform, for all their financial gifts to BVs, your purses will never run dry.

I thank God for life,good health for me,son and entire family members. I'm grateful to be able to see the end of 2020 despite all the challenges, pandemic et al. This year I lost all I worked for,I was frustrated, almost depressed,I lost interest in so many things but God kept me and seeing my son daily gave me hope.

ReplyDeleteI remember at the first quarter of the year, I travelled to Nigeria and I was almost locked 🔒 outside. I thank God for always listening to and obeying my instinct. I decided to change my return ticket on that day and I can still remember my brother being angry at me... I came back to the country of my residence and met a zombie apocalyptic atmosphere.
I remember I started this year asking God just one thing: that His will alone be done in my life.. And He did surprised me with someone special and today I'm looking forward to my big day. For this, I'm most thankful and grateful.

DeleteI want to thank God for the life of my sister who is battling an illness. The Lord's hands has been mightily upon her. Though she spent the Christmas in the hospital and is still there as I type. I thank God for my mum who has refused to leave her side at the hospital. I pray the Lord continues to protect them and theý be discharged in no distant time. I thank God for myself. I thank God for healing and divine open doors. I cannot explain to you how I have managed thus far but God is good. Even when I am tired, I recieve strength. I thank God for the life of my siblings, aunty and uncles, cousins and nieces. ReplyDeleteI thank God for my life, my husband and my daughter. I also thank him for my sister and brothers. He's been too good and faithful to me even in my unfaithfulness. I specifically thank God for my daughter. This is a testimony I am supposed to give in the church today but since cross over night won't hold I'll do it here. My daughter fell on the back of her head against the edge of a tile on 12th of this month, it took it as just a normal fall but the next day, my husband noticed a side of her head was swollen and soft like there was fluid inside. We decided to watch and in two days times the swell has spread round the whole skull. Her whole skull was swollen and soft like there's fluid inside. We rushed to the hospital, we were asked to go for CT scan, we did and it revealed it wasn't any fluid but a diffused scalp hermatoma, we went back to the hospital but any doctor that sees how massive the swelling was will change the initial opinion, I was scared, I couldn't eat, one moment I'm okay the next moment when I remember my daughter I'd be very scared and sad. We were asked to see a neurologist for the final decision. At the point I had started shaking in fear, we coughed out money to see a neurologist in a private hospital as soon as possible. We saw the neurologist the next day, he assured us it was just blood that was in her head and that the blood will gradually be reabsorbed back into the body which can take up to 4 weeks to happen but if it doesn't, we'd know what next to do but I'm grateful to God because he made the swelling go down. Right now, it's just a little part of the head that is still swollen, the swelling drastically reduced in one week. Thank God Baba, please keep protecting my daughter because it's only you that can do that. I can only do the much I can as a human being but you can do everything. Praiseeeeee The Lord!!!

Not minding that business isn't what we expected it to be, yet my hubby was able to acquire few lands even in one of the choicest area in my city that I never dreamt that we will own in 5years time, built small house for a tenant in of the lands that small Amy is now referred to as a landlady
To crown it all, I got a federal job that still seem like a dream as I'm yet to start due to strike issue

But I want to say thank you again to God for delivering my daughter from a fall that could have been more serious than it turned out to be. It's only him that could have done that. I pray that this new year will come will so many good news and congratulations for me. I'll get a job and get pregnant my second baby in the January in Jesus'name, Amen

I'm grateful to God for the year 2020,God showed up for me in so many ways,our rent was increased,we decided to take a big step and try to get our own place,and this has been one of my prayer request,and God did it for us,in the midst of lockdown we bought our own house,started renovations and our house is almost ready,and my name is also in the documents😅,and I don't need to change my children's school, the property is still within the same vicinity.

I got pregnant last year ending,just before my husband left for the UAE on a new job. It was all God. Throughout the pregnancy,God was with me.
Hubby was supposed to come back May 2 but worldwide lockdown happened. I cried and cried cos I missed him so much. Plus pregnancy hormones and all...
God protected us all through the pandemic. My daughter and son kept me company while I was carrying their brother. I put to bed May 20, hubby didn't see us and the new baby apart from on video calls till November 15.
Tonight we're crossing over as a family. What more can I ask for? 🤷🤷

ReplyDeleteThank God for his mercy upon my life and my kids. Went through a lot of disappointment this year but was never consumed. God of eleventh hour came through. Looking forward to receiving appointment letter in a very big organization I never dreamt of ever working in. When my ex left me with two kids. All I pray to God is to bless me for the sake of my kids so that they don't suffer. He has blessed me so much that I have lost count. My ex and his family that were excepting to see the worse of us will be shocked that I didn't run back to them as usual. God I thank you only you have done what no man can do and you will cont to do more for me for my kids sake. Looking forward to more fruitfulness in my life as I cross over to 2021.

DeleteI am thanking my life, late last 2019 I discovered a small slump on my breast. Early this year I did a mastectomy surgery and thereafter took sessions of chemotherapy. God has been very faithful he kept me alive and my family. I remain forever grateful Lord. I am a living testimony.

DeleteThis year made me realize this world is not our home. Life without God is meaningless. People died like chicken, we are just a breath away from losing all. But for those who die in God's friendship, death is gain. So what does it mean to be blessed? To be alive or to die in God's friendship? Who can understand it all? I'm grateful for everything Lord, and pray for more grace and mercy in 2021. I also pray for your guidance and leading for a future hubby and future career. Your will be done, thy kingdom come.

Thank you Jehovah.Thank you my God. I'm grateful for healing. Was so sick last year, Doctor said it could be kidney problem after blood test.but when I did comprehensive tests it came out normal. I am so grateful to God .The pain I was feeling has gone.All glory to God Almighty.

I thank God for my life and family. I did my convocation this year,did my pop,got a small job,launched my business and many more wins. Although I lost a relationship i so much cherish and also made a really big mistake but I know God will save me in his infinite mercies and give me double for my loss.

ReplyDelete2020 was one of the best years since I got married despite the challenges that year was.
From one financial blessing to the other, no sickness befell my kids and was able to be a blessing to families.
Yes,a much better job in a University even when I lost hope.
Since I joined home of success,have been succeeding.
Stella you are one of my 2020 success stories, you showed up when all hope was lost.I might not know how to express it through writing, but you are most cherished, respected and loved stranger to my family.

ReplyDeletehere is my tesimony, despite the challenges that came with 2020, I thank God for good health among i and my family for we did not mourn any of our love ones.I got pregnant after 3years of TTCING, my hubby bought his first car during the lockdown period, lastly i got a new job last month that pays well. Infact so many things to thank God for, too numerous to mention, BABA GOD i thank you so much.
may 2021 be fruitful and greater than 2020 for every one of us amen ...
