Billionaire Lulu-Briggs To Be Buried 2 Years After He Died After Series Of Litigations

The family of the Rivers State born billionaire business mogul, High Chief Olu Benson Lulu-Briggs, said that their late patriarch will be laid to rest on 13th March, 2021 - 2 years after he died!







Speaking in a press conference on Friday at Abonnema in Asari toru Local Government Area of the State, Sir Ibim Dokubo, who spoke on behalf the Chiefs of the Oluwari Briggs House in Abonnema, said late high chief Lulu-Briggs will be committed to mother earth on the 13th of March 2021 at Abonnema, his home town.

He said that the burial of the octogenarian was delayed because they could not take custody of his mortal body after his demise as a result of series of litigations concerning his death.

High Chief OB Lulu-Briggs died in December, 2018 in far away Ghana.


After his death, his immediate family were engrossed in series of litigations over the circumstances leading to the demise of the late businessman, a situation that has delayed his burial for over two years.

    1. I knew someone who was buried 7 years after his death. His mistress showed up after his death, (happened to be his wife's best friend) with a baby boy, the man's replica.
      No be small wahala then o. Property tussle. He died 1998, was buried 2005.

    2. Keeping which body? Nobody has seen the man's body o, na empty casket dem wan bury. His wife buried him in Ghana after alleging he was dead to his people. The fight no be here o. Some women get power sha! His people were like, "if he's dead give us his corpse" na wetin cause wahala o. How can she just dispose that caliber of man like a dead dog on the street?
