    Please I want to ask is it true that using hot water,to wash my shoko vegetable makes it lose the nutrient.

    1. Yes it does. Just wash properly with cold water and cook. The leaves get tender in the soup and the nutrients are intact.

  10. Most days I don't even remember I have not had breakfast because I don't feel hungry at all until lunch time.once in a while,i wake up starving.As if I went to fight world war 2 while asleep.And haven't eaten for one year.

    This morning na assorted edikaikong and eba.I already have my sliced ingredients in the fridge.My meat,stock and dry fish with kpomo is on fire.I love how nutritious,fast and easy this soup is.The best 9ja soup hands down for me.

  18. I just woke up. I will drink a small cup of fruit smoothie. That's all. Then I'll go back to sleep🥱 Last night I didn't sleep at all. I slept around 6 am. Was awake watching movies on Netflix. Thank God that I don't have to go to work until Monday. Today I'll sleep all day😴😴😴
