The incident happened on Tuesday, January 26; a few days after she was discharged from the hospital.

    1. Rest in peace to her. I hope she find the rest she craves for. Suicide is not an option. There should be that one thing strong enough to push you to fight and hang in there. Guess even her children was not that strong enough force to make her fight harder. @Stella please any update on that chronicle the woman said her husband is sleeping with their daughter?

    1. I passed through this six months ago when my mom passed on. She was my pillar.

I had palpitations, sweating, tremors and other symptoms. It was awful. I contemplated going in for therapy but I didn't ,eventually. The frequency is much reduced now (six months later) Open yourself up to God dear, for healing. That's what I eventually did.

I had to keep telling myself " babe, you can do this. Your mother buried her mother and she survived, so shall you"

God understands just where you are and He'll reach you at that point (even in the midst of doubt and fears)

Stay strong dear. Your dad will be proud of you wherever he is for staying strong. #Praying for you.

    3. Hi dear. Sorry about the loss of your father.

Anxiety is caused by voices in this case of fear, which suggest evil and doom to the mind. The more you listen to them, the louder they get until they drown the voice of reason and end it like the woman in this story.

Solution? :Please make the Bible your friend. Binge on it and on Gospel songs like Dunsin Oyekan and Mercy Chinwo.

      Hang out with positive people.

Attend a "Worded" church (I don't know where you live)

Download messages from great men of God like;Apostle Selman (never met him, but he is worded for the now)

      Do what makes you happy.

      You'll be better dear 😘😘😘😘

  10. Instead of condemning the dead, pray to God that you never pass through anything that would make you contemplate suicide. Depression is real

  11. Anxiety is so dangerous expecially when you live alone

  12. If it's before I'd have said why would you want to take your life but last year I understood the battle called depression. I was depressed with serious anxiety issues which made me contemplate suicide, thank God I didn't go ahead with it... I contacted MANI on Twitter and they helped me through it. I don't know if it's the plenty medications I was on or past hurt that triggered it but I'm glad I overcame it. I won't judge anyone contemplating suicide but I pray for strength for them to overcome.

Depression is real but suicide is never an option. May her soul Rest in Peace.
