Celebrating Valentine Amidst COVID 19 Pandemic....

The rest of the World is on mini lockdown to curb the COVID 19 pandemic but it looks like Nigeria my Motherland is celebrating Valentine despite all the noise to curb the virus.....

Those of you in the diaspora, in Countries where mini lockdown is effected. how is the Valentine going? Indoors all the way right? *Side eyes at Nigerians in Nigeria*

Some people will get pregnant today..

Some people will get the COVID virus today as well...

  1. Some will fight today
    Some will break up today
Some will be proposed to today
Some will do time table for their different boos today
Some will say they are sick and can't go out
Some will be stood up, they'll stand others up and the cycle continues
Some booless ones will stay at home and get drunk

  2. We are in our house. No time for Valentine's talk cos we do that every day.

  3. Everywhere is red and white. Let me not mention traffic. Nigerians no send ohhh πŸ¦‹

  4. Na person wey dey alive dey celebrate. We dey do am with style for here

  5. Covid 19 no go stop me from going out to gbensh my boo today. The first one don stand me up. I get backup sha πŸ€£πŸ˜‚πŸ±πŸ€£πŸ˜‰πŸ˜‚

  6. Stella Danmark is so boring we Are just home watching nollywood with the snow outside. Thank God for tv.

  7. We took off to some place on the Island after church as a family though fully covered.
It's been paid for by DH's platinum card,it's a perk of office so we couldn't miss it. Good moments are hard to come by so we kept ours.

The kids had their section to mingle and play on while adults were in the open; garden for classy entertainment.
Cool ambience. Nice families fully kitted too.

We're in a heavy traffic heading home, closing up in minutes anyway. Just get home, shower, warm some Tummy kitchen deliveries and some sorts, eat, sleep off. All presents have been exchanged this morning.

The truth is: Nigerians are stubborn and tired in one. Some are ready to die, the sight infront of some eateries and event centers show the Covid 19 protocols are heavily undermined, how many will the police arrest?
    God help us.

  8. Lockdown things jare. We’ve done roses, chocs and cheesecake; our daughter came from Uni as no going out with boyfriend or friends....even boyfriend stay him baba house o. My sister said Ikeja Mall is packed full, God have mercy.

  9. So today was relationship Sunday in my church. A girl of 19years asked a question ( by writing) saying she's a virgin dating a guy of about 23 and that the guy has been pressurizing her for sex. Should she have sex with him today as her Valentine's gift to him or leave the guy? I was like πŸ˜―πŸ™„
Anyways there's Shopa lot of traffic at Adeniran Ogunsanya and Bode Thomas. People are really celebrating valentine ooo at shop rite, sweet sensation, Domino's, magrello's and chicken republicπŸ˜…

  10. Beautiful day, Na queue for restaurant ooo but we book. No lockdown for us today. Happy VAL everyone

  11. Results will come out in November πŸ™„πŸ™„πŸ™„

  12. Stella I just download Eba and Okro soup with better dry fish and kpomo. We celebrate love everyday,so we dey house I dey watch Netflix here. Night life is dead in Sweden because of the virus. I watched firefly lane and Namaste wahala featuring Joke Silvia, RMD,Indima Okojie the movie is just there nothing so special. I don't know how RMD go dey act this kind of movie. Looking out for Alakada reloaded and Omo ghetto on Netflix!
