Nigerian Govt Reportedly Set To Sell Its Properties To Raise Funds To Finance 2021 Budget

The Muhammadu Buhari-led Federal Government is proposing to sell about 36 of its properties to raise funds to largely finance the 2021 budget.

According to documents obtained by PremiumTimes, these properties cut across energy, industries, communication and infrastructural sectors.

According to the documents submitted to the National Assembly by the Executive and titled “NCP Approved 2021 Work Plan,” the properties are expected to be sold or concessioned between January 2021 and November 2022.

    2. A Mart attendant said to me some days ago while I was trying to pay with my card, "the POS is not working, nothing works in Nigeria and I don't have hope in the country". I reprimanded her saying let's speak positivity into Nigeria and that things will continue to improve and get better but with news like this I only ask God to keep shielding and providing for us far beyond our expectations, Amen! Have a blessed last day of the working week everyone.

  17. Buying Nigeria with its own looted funds. For sale by looters,, the youths must cry out for transparency on SM. For example, how did mr c get the billions he wants to buy 1004 estate in Victoria island? You will find out that they are going to share Nigeria’s remaining assets among themselves free. Without any money coming into the treasury. The day the people begin self governance all the “sakes” are null and void. Janduku ati ole. Cursed generation of looters of the treasury. πŸ₯·πŸ₯·πŸŽ°πŸ’°πŸ¦₯
