ReplyDeleteI lost 20kg...I told myself enough of this excess weight I was carrying since delivery of my first baby so i eliminated oil and sugar from my diet and lost 10kg the first month after I had my baby,I added a little skipping in the morning and I lost another 10kg though am exclusive breastfeeding...I don't fry my potatoes,yam with oil instead I cook. I add very little oil to food that requires oil during cooking,my belly is now very flat

ReplyDeleteI was so scared of cs cos everyone kept saying the belly fat is hard to lose. But the fear of pushing overpowered belly fat... I was fortunate and my tummy went back to before. Nothing added. I even still wear my belly jean from before I got married...
