Shes right!!!
ReplyDeleteWhen citizens dont even know their constitutional rights anymore, not even the right a peaceful protest. And when the brave youths take to the streets despite the impending threats and demoralising acts from the government, same citizens will say "them no de hear word" "cant they stay at home" Ozwuo
She is damn right joor
ReplyDeleteJust a few have the attitude in sight.
Inciting poor masses against the government from the comfort of their home. They'll all be at home watching Netflix and chilling with their families and tweet gullible Nigerian Youths to their deaths. Paid agents of destruction. Na youth wey no get sense go hear am. The next time they organize a protest, ask Obi to bring her kids and be at the forefront and see if they'll show up
ReplyDelete🚶♂️🚶♂️🚶♂️🚶♂️
So oga are you trying to say we're enjoying this government or what?
Delete@eesah, you are right. They won't show up. But then she's equally right. Wait, let election reach, and money starts exchanging hands, then you'll understand what she means.
DeleteLike you rigthly said, they're comfortable... they have very little to fight for, and it doesnt lean towards finance, unlike the poor, the poor has alot a fight for, and if they dont fight, then they die with a closed mouth.
DeleteYou are not sensible Essah.
I blame Stella for giving you 150k giveaway money.
Delete10:54 he is not wise at all.
Delete10:54, when she was in government for 8 years, what did she do to bring change to her ministry? You have a lot to fight for and you think by inciting the masses and with fake news is the way to achieve those things ehn? I agree, you are more sensible than l am 😎
DeleteLol, we should go out of our houses to fight for the country and people like you with power and influence sit at home and wait for us to be manhandled or even killed. You should all take the lead because ona e me me(not happening). Hope I got the Igbo spelling, my Igbo side awakened.
DeleteVickiie
The country is messed up because our value system is wrong. We cannot have a good governance because policies are formulated by wrong set of people in government.
ReplyDeleteThe country is like a coal automotive train on autopilot grinding up the hill. Hopefully the country would crawl out of doldrums by 2090, if we are still a nation by then.
I read on instagram this morning how a man was disrespected by a bank official over a dispute of 15K POS charges. The man remarked that the attitude of the bank official changed when she saw his domiciliary account balance.
So how in the world are we going to get it right as a country with such a mindset?
The populace are as guilty as the political elites.
We are teetering on the precipice.
She's 100% right. When we are ready, we as people will know.
ReplyDeleteHow can the citizens be ready for good governance when we are not even united. The country is just a mere geographical expression. We are not one and we can never be one, until we all realize this before things can be better.
ReplyDeleteEither we start the regional governance again or split up for good.
The average mind of a Nigerian is corrupt. Corruption has eaten deep into our soul. We deserve the leaders we have
ReplyDeleteEveryone should talk their shit.
ReplyDeleteCitizens aren't ready ye ye ye! The unready citizens that unreadily protested and got killed, what is she the "ready" all knowing citizen do or say about it?
Infact, what is she doing as a smart ready citizen? Talkaholics.
When Aisha Yusuf that was her colleague in asking for the bringing back of their girls during the Goodluck regime joined the unready children of the SOROSOKE and OZUGO protest of the Buhari regime, where was she? Did she throw away the energy she had during the bring back their girls movement? Madam let us see road abeg.
ReplyDeleteAbi oh
DeleteEvery time citizens are not ready....
ReplyDeletePlease, most of us are ready. I'm tired already.
Me, I'm ready to leave the country.
DeleteTrue. however, When the people are ready you'd also be consumed by the flame, you're no saint. You're only saying the obvious because you're not favoured this time. So have that in mind.
ReplyDeleteThis reminds me of that bv what's her name again something wagon nnem I hope you have heard Oby? Nigerians are not ready so I suggest you sit at home look at that one up there called Essa he is not ready when they are ready they will fight. Texans power has been restored.
ReplyDeletePictureGWagon.
DeleteAny nation that does not uphold the rule of law will have corruption ruling the day.
ReplyDeleteWhen institutions (judiciary, legislature, law enforcement agencies, military) are in the pockets of the executive, law and order will be crippled.
Such a society or nation is setting itself up to fail.
A county that wallows in corruption has only one mission - to self-destruct! ⏱️🕛
Truth be told, Nigerians are not ready, but once they real ready, plenty people go die
ReplyDeleteIf that's what you mean by ready then Oby will be amongst the first to die cause the government she served in are part of those who put us in our current predicament that Buhari is trying to salvage
DeleteThe same youths who have been protesting against bad governance are the ones campaigning for the old corrupt politicians. I have come to understand that most Nigerians only make noise when they are not being favoured .
ReplyDeleteSO SO TRUE
ReplyDeleteI agree
ReplyDeleteWe are ready oh, just a few sabo amongst us 😖
