2. That address is not his real address.

EFCC should just forget about him, he is definitely out of the country already and probably having a good time in a tiny French speaking country. Now they are saying it's fraud. But the guy who brought him wasn't arrested tho cos he is also "one of them" so they need a scapegoat. Hence the Nigerien lol...sorry to the military.
