    1. Wickedness. They will leave important matters to be yarning nonsense. People are being killed and kidnapped, raped and maimed daily and no one has been sentenced to life imprisonment as a result.

    2. Is Dangote aware of this? Because he's the largest rice importer.

    3. Because they have set up their rice mills abi?

  2. Thats because they have been empowering d North to be producing rice. Despite d amount of money they have invested so far, Nigerian rice is still expensive. Now they want to do this So that whenever d North decides to starve d South, d effect will be tremendous, as against using tomatoes and onions.
Stella, these people always have petty agendas whenever they come up with a policy, that's why u can reason it while they can't!

    1. Facts like I said before is high time the south, west east starts investing in agriculture but no,they are all into realtor selling farm land for housing estate smh

    2. You are too ignorant. Kebbi state alone have two rice processing plants. It is not a federal project. There is no state in the south that cannot have massive rice farms if the useless southern governors are ready and willing to invest in rice farming. Why shouldn't they take advantage of what they have been able to achieve while the south was sleeping

    3. Alexander I don't have ur time. If d fed govt also put effort in d South, even if it is half d efforts they put in d north, perhaps Nigeria as a whole will benefit from it all. But no, They just concentrate on d north and want to make sure d north get everything there. There is no equity in distribution in this govt. And thats a huge problem Calculate how much it cost federal govt to get oil in d north and check how much it can possibly give d nation. Its a loss! but d brainless govt don't care. All they want to hear is that north produce oil too. I know how fed govt sponsor everything, down to fertiliser, just for d north to produce rice for d whole nation. Places like Ebonyi and d rest of d South that u mentioned don't get govt support that is abundant in d South. I mean FEDERAL GOVERNMENT SUPPORT.

    4. Pwetie darling you are so right 👏🏼👏🏼 It’s one who doesn’t know them that will think they have the interest of the nation at heart but it’s a lie. They want to be in control of the nation, rendering it useless just like they did to their northern people.

  3. Soon u guys will see what I am talking about. U don't need a lens to see that this administration is disastrous to d peace, unity and stability of d country. It will soon result to 'to ur tents oh Nigerians ' do u know why? Power is in d hands of the wrong powerful people who don't value these things. They are for themselves alone.

  6. These cabals will use everything they can to intimidate people. They will use force, hunger, policies, terror etc to subdue d people. The level of damage done to Nigeria in d last few years, will take centuries to correct. That if it can be corrected. I mean, how do u stop a young man from getting d millions he gets from kidnapping almost effortlessly? How can u tell d young fulani boy that his entitlement mentality is wrong? How can u tell d bandits that they can no longer be having national ransoms when they do mass abduction. Tell me how d ogas that sign out these monies and get their cut, will allow all these to stop? Tell me.
The more we pretend and postpone d D day, d more d damage will go on.

  14. Even the one they claim to have planted here is more expensive than the foreign one. Do this people have brain in their head or sawdust?

Bills that will benefit the masses will not be passed it is senseless bills that profit is nothing they will keep sponsoring.

  15. Immediately l saw the post. I rushed to check the person sponsoring the bill. My instinct did not fail me. One thing is sure. Things will not continue like this forever. Time is coming. Very soon the north will look back and cry had l known. They will be like the snail that thought it will put of the fire by continuous spitting of saliva but ended killing itself

I voted those I believed had what it takes to run a modern day government and build the economy.

UNFORTUNATELY the clueless, nepotic and Yes-men emerged. 🤷‍♀️

  20. Balyesa alone can feed the whole of Africa. They have the best land for rice farming in Nigeria but there are no rice farms in Balyelsa. Edo state have three rice beIts. But the useless governors of the two states are doing anything to encourage rice farming.
