ReplyDeleteI sincerely hate it when people write "been for being " Common ππ.
DeleteMabel, this is a very sensitive case why not report to the right authorities so investigation can be done or give their information online.
Don't get what this rant is about if uve been aware for years π€·πΎ♀️
madam correcter.....it is "come on," not common.
DeleteTrue but also is people using common instead of come on. Hmmm
DeleteI'm a bit ruffled by this post.
DeleteIs Mabel talking of a child racketeering or ritualists?
Shame to DSS.
See as I give una food π², corn π½ don land π€£πππππ
DeleteName names. Noiseless noise on social media is not the way to bring about change. Name names, you know them, right?
ReplyDeleteππππππππππππ
Really noiseless noise.
DeleteI dont understand what the rant is about if you've know about it for years and you couldn't do anything about it.
God bless you Mabel, please speak up, name and shame them, hopefully, they will be brought to book. I know one in my estate, I secretly sent a text to the estate chairman, after they questioned her, she has stopped bringing random babies to her house that disappear after a while, I believe she has changed base for her operations.
ReplyDeleteI am watching her in 3D and will blow whistle again once I find out her new base, if you see the person in question, seems very nice and always helpful, I keep up the good neighbour façade but will still expose her if/when I find out. You can abuse me if you like, na you sabi!!!
Anyone who abuses you needs their heads examined! Babies abducted, some their mothers are raped, when they birth their babies, it's taken away from them and sold! Gosh! If you see nothing wrong with this there is no hope for you. Thank you anon. God bless!
DeletePlease carry on, try and expose her to newspapers or blogs secretly once you get proper info. Wicked conscienceless beings.
DeleteFull just or kip kwayet...
ReplyDeleteDon't mind her, nonsense
DeleteTell us the full jist na madam or kip kwayet.
ReplyDeleteIf you scroll further down on her page, you will see more gist, but she should mention names....she said the matter is with the DSS for over 6months she has reported to them...
ReplyDeleteIf you know them, you speak up.
ReplyDeletePlz take out of your time and read about baby factories. Aljazeera published a report about IDP camps being one of the breeding grounds. Young unsuspecting girls looking for work are lured. One of such girls was interviewed who said she was promised a job in the east as a maid. She was just 16 at the time. Life at IDP camps was not easy so when this woman who was a regular at the camp said she had a job as a maid in the east, she agreed. She and her cousin followed. They were kept in a house but it wasn't for a job. She said there were other girls there too. Repeatedly raped till they became pregnant. While pregnant she was still raped. She gave birth and the baby taken . She was given the sum of 20k, blindfolded and dropped off at the park! This is the society we presently live in. Someone is going to buy Miriam's baby. The person may be someone you and I know. A baby whose young mother was lured on the premise of a job from an IDP camp, repeatedly raped and her baby taken. We must begin to ask ourselves, where are these babies coming from? Neighbours who suddenly show up with babies and they start chanting 'miracles'. We must not accept this as a society. It tells how low we have become, and if we go any lower, then there is no hope for us. It is my prayer that Govenrment will give this the much needed attention.
ReplyDeleteI read Aminas story last year and I still think about her. I think about others like her. Today when I read what Mabel wrote, I am thinking about her again.

DeleteGuys it shocked me too. Go to Google. Story is still on Aljazerra. Enough of these Atrocities.
DeleteShe posted something else earlier about reporting to DSS and getting threats for about a year or so. She knows the people and they are threatening her. They must be really powerful as according to her, DSS is taking long to respond.
ReplyDeleteAnon it's a network o. After reading Miriams story last year, I went to do more reading. A huge newtork with powerful people. A baby can sell for 500k to 1million! They will do everything in their power to shut down anyone they see as a threat to the network.
DeleteNigeria needs to review our adoption system and laws. We also need to stop the stigma attached to adoption. A legal adoption process will stop all the illegality in the industry.
ReplyDeleteHer post is nothing more than the crypto pregnancy industry which is nothing more than illegal adoption.
When we see all those stories of childless women suddenly giving birth, we shout HALLELUJAH. Unscrupulous people now pay prostitutes to give birth and sell the baby. It’s not all ritual, we have serious fertility issues in Nigeria and the stigma associated with adoption has led to this industry
True. If you want to adopt self, you will suffer and might still not end up being successfully shortlisted.
DeleteBut how do some people sleep at night? Knowing fully well that they sell babies? The people that bought the babies illegally nko? No conscience?
This is actually true, adoption is difficult as it is said to aid trafficking of children but the difficulty associated with adopting is now making the baby factory business to boom. I think more people should be allowed to adopt and the child/ren should be monitored. The stigma of adoption can be reduced with effective reorientation and sensitization, just like HIV, more awareness should be created.
DeleteThis adoption comment is the truth. Government should look into it.
DeleteThis country eh,alot of shaddy things are going on and nobody can say or do anything cos they're the elites! But God pass them all
ReplyDeleteGod pass them o
DeleteA lot of shady deal
ReplyDeleteI understand how Mabel feels. How long can you look away from the ills and injustice in Nigeria - at the end of the day, this is our country, and could come back to harm us. This is a great opportunity for an undercover journalist to have a moment or claim to fame. Just like the Sweet codeine documentary and sex-for-grades documentary...any of these media houses need to sponsor their most vibrant and bold journalist and get a documentary on baby sale in Nigeria and expose them all. Another kiki Mordi. It's about time.
ReplyDeleteWhy cant Nigerians say the word LIVE, drives me fucking nuts when you all keep saying LEAVE LEAVE LEAVE . And another word that makes me want to scream is "Pursue" you all say POOR-SHOE, And *lend me* you all say BORROW ME. I mean who colonized Nigeria, cos i doubt it was the British.
