FROM BV BITCH N SLUT
RE - HOW NOT TO MISS A MEAL

I Didn't see this on time.

Breakfast is the very first and most important meal of the day. Well, everybody's body differ so one method cannot be used as a yardstick for all. Some can do without food for the whole day and they are cool while others can't skip even one meal for the day (I belong here).

Firstly, it is a conscious effort you have to put to place because there are times you won't go hungry at all and other times, you are hungry but you cannot just help yourself to get something into your stomach. In the morning after brushing and taking your bathe, try as much as possible to get something into your stomach (water therapy shouldn't be your routine).

Take tea, pap, oats, could be any light food(just be sure to get something in your stomach before leaving for work/ not later than 8am). Don't wait till you are hungry before you eat. Eat 3 square meals a day and you can as well munch snacks/fruits in-between. By 1pm you have your lunch and by 6pm your dinner. Try make it a habit.

Be food friendly.

Everyone must not be slim and everyone must not be plus-size likewise everyone must not be in-between. Variety is the spice of life. There are some who eat once daily yet they are on the big side. Don't just eat junk. Look out for things you like/enjoy eating and you can as well try out new foods/recipes and even some you haven't tasted before.

Food is one thing that keeps me going so I don't joke with it. Sometimes, I eat as early as 6am. Cheers!

Didnt your Dentist advice you that it is better to eat first before you Brush ?

  1. Good afternoon to y'all keeping it real on here..🤗 🤗The BV with a paralysis or stroke thingy got me thinking about my pupsy cos it was around this time last year that he was all time down with partial stroke..His was a case that sent shivers down our spines cos we all got scared with the way he cried big time back then..😔 😒😞 Thank goodness he pulled through and can now move around which was the one thing that got him bothered back then..I can't even take God's uncountable blessings for granted despite all odds and my perceived inadequacies/lows.I pray that God sure will perfect his miracles that he has started in your lives in no distant time IJMN.#ThrowbackThursday

  2. REALLY SEE
....Many people have actually fallen into a ditch, right in the middle of their GOD approved agenda/destiny. Simply because they failed to discern the abnormal .
After the people of Israel angered GOD,he told Moses to go,that he would send his angel with them, but was that actually what he wanted him to do?.... Thankfully, moses discerned the abnormality in this approval and refused it,insisting that GOD's will(which was that he GOD through his Spirit,be the one to personal bring them to the promised Land)be done.
The children of Israel went up to the house of the Lord to inquire of GOD ''Which of us shall go up first to battle against Benjamin" and GOD replied ''Judah first"!(judges20:18)....and yet they still were defeated two consecutive times why? because they were not seeking GOD'S will, but the approval of their own desire. Until they asked the right question in vs28 they did not receive GOD's BLESSING for victory.. ''should we go up to fight against the benjamites our fellow Israelites or not"?
It is no doubt that GOD has approved for you to go ahead and do something, but bro/sis is it really what he wants you to do?... you must trust the HolySpirit to really decode the heart of the Father. Many times GOD might just decide not to bother you over an issue, not necessarily because it's his heart desire, but because he has seen that your own heart is really fixed on doing such
I have come to discover that GOD's heart could really be fixed on wanting you to take a specific action, but yet he won't force himself on you(not that he couldn't). He desires we open ourselves up to him. If your heart is genuinely connected to GOD,you would know when and what he wants you to do. No matter how much you try to ignore it,pretend like you can't sense it,or try to make excuses for ignorance... the truth of his desire never leaves, unless you vehemently refuse to acknowledge it. Then you suddenly sense the desire decline, but along with it comes a withdrawal from GOD(you sense him withdraw from you).... though he is still there, but then there's something like a friction between you and GOD. You suddenly feel uncomfortable to speak freely with him as you usually do,you begin to wonder if you really have this freedom to speak with him in this free/jovial manner?
When the enemy has tried and failed in getting you,he begins to hope that you fail to really see,so he can maximize that opportunity and pounce on you...Bro/sis even when GOD gives you a go ahead, please really see to know if it's really his heart desire,or if your own desire has brought you that approval.

Guys in Europe, do u do ogi yourself??? I’ve tried twice now unsuccessfully. First time the woman that came to help me do one day omugwo helped me finish up the corn I already blended. Yes we got the ogi but it didn’t have the fermented taste.

I did another one yesterday and I’m still not getting the taste. I’m so certain I followed all the steps. Is it the type of corn here or is there something I’m not doing right?

  8. This breakfast issue...
Was trending in the US about five years ago. Now, their new is filled with "intermittent fasting" as the new
finding but Nigerians are still stuck with "breakfast being the most important".
I have not eaten breakfast in the last ten years and I am better for it. I am a first class graduate, career woman and mother of kids. I drink water in the mornings, eat fruits and veggies in the afternoon and eat my main meals in the evening (every healthy non processed food tha t I like). I also eat snacks and drink milk with honey.
God has granted me very good health and youthful looks. You have to do your part and follow his word not to feast in the mornings. Eccl. 10:16-17.
If you are a "breakfast master" please think again and know that it is neither scientific or Scriptural.

    2. Hmmmmm, "when God fed the Israelites, it was in the morning and evening so lunch is an innovation of man". I heard this from a pastor, I think everyone should find out the healthy style of feeding that works for you and stick to it. I even saw some charts showing the proper feeding patterns for people based on their body structure, I didn't take it serious till I checked mine and saw it was actually true, this is how I eat and I had never seen it before.

In conclusion, you are blessed with good genes and have disciplined your body to eat in that way and it is wonderful but isn't and shouldn't be a standard for everyone. God bless you Ma.

      Delete
    3. Thank you very much. A lot of people do not know that breakfast means breaking a fast. It doesn't have to be in the morning. I do Intermittent Fasting (IF) and I have got more benefits from it that when I ate 3 meals a day with snack in between meals. Everyone should do what works for them though. This is what works for me.

    4. Dear stop choking your lifestyle on people like it's the best and stop binding it with scirpture, yeah, I get it work for you. Do you know some can't fast and it still doesn't mean God don't answer their prayers, It's what I do that works for me, when I want to special prayer I eat and read bible and pray every hour and God still continue to amaze me. I have countless of testimonies from it but it doesn't mean I should say those who do not pray all time but have faith or don't go to church are sinners or their prayers are not answer, stop binding your lifestyle with bible.

    5. @14:24
Can you eat "wafers" everyday for 40 years? You are quoting your pastor and not the Scriptures.
God rained manna for them from morning till noon to collect. He never instructed them to eat it
      in the mornings.

Exodus 16:4Then the Lord said to Moses, “I will rain down bread from heaven for you.
The people are to go out each day and gather enough for that day. In this way I will
test them and see whether they will follow my instructions. 5On the sixth day they
are to prepare what they bring in, and that is to be twice as much as they gather on the other days.”

Please read the entire Exodus 16. You are quoting your "pastor" but you may never have taken time to
      read this Scriptures yourself.

    7. @14:51
Nobody is talking about "answered prayers or not" here. If you like burn yourself for God. As long as
you do not love your neighbor as yourself, you are a "resounding cymbal".
Besides, Jesus taught in Mathew 6; "when you fast..." do you have times when you fast.
Since you want Scriptures, read also Mark 2:20.

The law is to protect those women married traditionally whose husbands get lured by another woman to do court wedding because everyone believes legal marriage supersedes customary marriage.

  28. Prophetesses? Hmmmmm.
A certain man with wife and children in the US retired from an oil company. He was paid a huge sum and was always traveling to see his family and back.
Meanwhile,he had this prophetess who was always praying and seeing vision for him. She told him his wife of 30yrs who has adult children for him wanted to kill him so as to inherit the money(I wonder why he let her know about it) and properties and he must never set eyes on her and the kids again
He kept telling people this story with his friends trying to dissuade him from this path. He even made enemies with those that discouraged him. His wife really tried, kept coming to Naija to track him and let them go back together
Long story short, the man is married to the prophetess now, looks haggard and unkempt most times with no trace of money any longer
His colleagues still talk about him nut no one wants to stick out their necks for him. The wife and children too have stopped coming
It's really an avoidable problem he went to chook his head
