Saturday Breakfast Post..

Its time for our Breakfast post and today aside from sharing what we are eating, we want to discuss food time table...

I made Chill Con Carne a few days ago and the photo up there is a shot of me cooking......It was so yummy

After telling us what you are eating or ate this morning...

Let me ask.. Do you have a food time table for everyday? can you share it with us? it would be fun to share...

Sometimes i run out of ideas on what to cook, so your food timetable might be of help to those who do not have.
