Nope. I don't want to. Scared of the pain and who knows what side effects I might have. I can only take it if its a requirement to travel or to get a good job. I'll prefer to take my chances.
It was painless when i did mine. I woke up with "sifia" body pain the morning after. It felt like I had spent the previous day chopping down a big tree in the forest. Paracetamol to the rescue. That's about the ONLY side effect I had.
🤣 it’s so ignorant when people start forming antivaxxer after receiving or giving kids childhood vaccines. One advise though, please don’t pay for Covid vaccines anywhere, it’s supposed to be free
Ignorance is terrible. The MRNA vaccine development has been going on since 2010. Just like Other research into other kinds of cures are going on. When Covid hit, the technology was tested on it and it was a perfect fit. Understand the facts and stop listening to Faux News
Thank God you know it's mrna whivh by the way doesn't qualify as a vaccine. Stop watching CNN and read the news from independent news sources and also listen to world medical experts talk about the side effects of the so-called MRNA vaccine. No human being should be given that thrash
I have had the the two doses of the Oxford AstraZeneca jab in uk and was happy I did. I had it because I work in health care and believe it will help me . If I was in Nigeria, I would not .
If you were in Nigeria you will not? Make it make sense please. I really want to know your reason considering that you work in the healthcare too. Just curious
Went to the general hospital but was told it is not available for those that want to take first dose. Asked at 3 different ones, not available until further notice...
Fully vacced and glad I am. Not I can relate with people freely after 1yr. Got mine in Abuja. It was as expected, some body pain and headache. And a bit of a blocked nose. All cleared within 24hrs
I was supposed to have mine before coming home but I chickened out last minute 😩 Please is there anyone with pulmonary issues that has had theirs , I'd like to know the side effects if any.
Chocolat please don't take it. People with no underlying illness have severe reactions its just that the mainstream media is not reporting it. Since you have pulmonary issues please don't take it. Not now not ever.
I don't know where you are but where I am, you must fill a form with yes/no questions on allergies, fainting spells, and underlying health issues which is reviewed before you get the shot. Seek medical advice and possibly 2nd opinion before taking it.
I have taken mine. My husband even when to take his 2nd jab this morning. I will complete mine on the 3rd of next month as intend relocating to the UK before end of the year. I didn't experience any adverse side effect apart from headache the next day.
I have received the 2 doses of Pfizer. But we trust in the Lord to protect us. For except the Lord builds the city, the laborers labor in vain... Yes, we shall labor but trust in the Lord. I learnt that in the J&J vaccine they used materials from aborted fetuses to produce it. You can search it out and read it. That may be why it is causing blood clots in a few of the recipients. But Pfizer and Modena did not use that.
@15:26 Why don't you name them; "the most vaccines?" Didn't you see that I named mine. Please stop discouraging people from getting vaccinated. The facts are there to search and confirm.
I have taken my first jab and awaiting the second jab in October. No side effects, though I was so scared before I took the first jab. Heard a lot of things about people's reaction
Listen to conspiracy theorists at your own risk, listen to mainstream media at your own risk ..the choice to take or not take is yours to make ..there has always been anti vaxxers all through history and there will be more in future...advice is do not live your life in the fear of the unknown...we all are daily exposed to harmful radiation, chemicals, fumes etc...it is God that keeps alive!

DeleteNetMeister!
It isn't painful. Just a short needle like that. If you take Paracetamol an hour after the dose, you'll feel nothing.
DeleteLooks like it would soon become a travel requirement to a number of countries most commonly visited.
DeleteI have taken both doses. It went fine, except for the feverish feeling at night- only for the first night after taken each. That aside, it was good.
DeleteTook mine. Both doses. Feverish after first dose. No effects after second.
DeleteDon't want it to be a requirement that hinders me from leaving UAR.
No because I live in Nigeria and don’t trust my government, it could be fake
ReplyDeleteBut you will take Other vaccines abi? We need to review our mentality. Kids get polio vaccine and measles vaccine. Nobody questioned them until now.
DeleteGod bless you 11:38, I feel we're twins, you just echoed/typed my thoughts.
DeleteAnything APC/Buhari regime introduces, I DO NOT trust.
12.22 don't mind them. Next thing they will blame Buhari. Such ignorance. Smh

Delete🤣 it’s so ignorant when people start forming antivaxxer after receiving or giving kids childhood vaccines. One advise though, please don’t pay for Covid vaccines anywhere, it’s supposed to be free
DeleteNo I haven't and I won't cos I believe it was hurriedly produced so I don't trust it. Will only take it if or when traveling.

DeleteSame here Ladyp. Share same sentiments
DeleteIf I tell you how many drugs you take which were hurriedly produced...you may never swallow any pills in your life again....

DeleteNo, I haven't. I don't intend to for now. I don't trust what's available to the masses.
ReplyDeleteI have received the two doses. Felt slight pain at injection site only. I encourage people to receive theirs. Let's fight this virus💪💪💪
ReplyDeleteI have had the the two doses of the Oxford AstraZeneca jab in uk and was happy I did. I had it because I work in health care and believe it will help me . If I was in Nigeria, I would not .

DeleteI've been saying I can't risk it. I don't plan on taking it yet but I'd just like to know , thanks babe 😘

DeleteI don't know where you are but where I am, you must fill a form with yes/no questions on allergies, fainting spells, and underlying health issues which is reviewed before you get the shot. Seek medical advice and possibly 2nd opinion before taking it.

Not only J and J most vaccines are made with aborted fetuses. Why do you think abortion clinics were open during the Lockdown
Delete@15:26
DeleteWhy don't you name them; "the most vaccines?"
Didn't you see that I named mine.
Please stop discouraging people from getting vaccinated.
The facts are there to search and confirm.
I have not. The fear of needle is my major constraint but I ll have to brace up and take it, I work in health care and at risk.
ReplyDeleteI have taken the first dose, I'm due for the second dose on Friday. I had severe body pain and stomach upset after the first dose.
ReplyDeleteI am going for the second dose tommorow INsha Allah
ReplyDeleteAs a full blood Naija I don’t need any Covid 19 vaccination
