    1. Not always that. The current judiciary is manifestly corrupt. We have seen well prepared cases just thrown away like that on the guise of one technicality or the other.

      I have personally handled several matters like that , which made me wonder whether the law I studied is different from the one the Judges studied.

      Justice is now being sold to the highest bidder. That's the sad reality.

    EFCC does more of media trial in most of their cases involving Politically Exposed Persons (PEP), than having the necessary facts and evidences needed for their conviction.
