Lagos State Task Force Officials Arrest Fake Traffic Wardens
The Operatives of the Lagos Taskforce on Wednesday arrested 3 self acclaimed ‘officials’ of the Oshodi/Isolo LGA traffic section. The suspects, Samuel Oyegbule 52, Olayiwola Thomas 53 and Kola Taiwo 47 were apprehended after they were caught extorting road users around Oshodi.

Fake indeed. I was a victim one morning on my way to work. These guys pounced on my car, threatened me and forced me to drive to the local government office close to Bolade, Oshodi. They punctured my tyre and I had to withdraw 25,000 Naira to pay. I was even issued an official receipt at the local government. They are not working alone. How can so called touts have the boldness to interact with the local government guys? Useless people enabled by the politicians in Lagos state.

DeleteThey work with the local government officials, because its inside one of the offices at Oshodi -isolo local government they you into. They even issue out receipts, if they are fake as claimed how come they have access to receipt and office.
ReplyDeleteExactly! How come they have access to the LCA office? Bunch of miscreants! Imagine 4 men with nails and sticks stopping you early in the morning. I was so scared. I asked where the one way sign was. It got them very angry. There was no way I would have overpowered them at the time. The system enables them.
