  4. TELL SOMEONE ABOUT JESUS TODAY

‘Look at the fields! They are ripe for harvest.’
    John 4:35 NIV

Someone close to you today may be in desperate need of God’s love. Wouldn’t it be worth risking rejection to find that one who’s ready and willing to respond? The fact is, you may be the only Christian they will meet – or meet today. So if you don’t tell them, who will? Generally speaking, there are five reasons we don’t share our faith more often.
    1) We think it’s the preacher’s job to do it (see Acts 1:8).
    2) We aren’t certain about our own salvation (see 1 John 5:13).
    3) We’re afraid of being rejected (see Luke 12:8-9)
    4) We’ve never taken personal responsibility for learning how to share our faith (see 1 Peter 3:15).
    5) Our love for Christ has grown cold (see Revelation 2:4-5).
Today, someone’s eternal destiny may rest on your willingness to share God’s love with them. That’s your God-given assignment – so tell them about Jesus.

  7. The grass withereth, the flower fadeth: but the word of our God shall stand for ever" (Isaiah 40:7-8.)

Today and beyond: You shall not wither at the peak of your shinning but you will continue to glitter in the beauty of the Lord. You shall not fade away when your beauty begins to attract attention but will keep shinning to draw more people to the glory of God. You shall glow and shine like the stars and nothing shall cover your shinning. The wicked shall not wither you away when your life begins to have a meaning in Jesus name. The power in the Word of God shall uphold you, keep you and your household. You shall remain unshakeable till the end and you shall come out victorious in Jesus mighty name...Amen

  11. In Nigeria, every region needs "madmen". My only problem with the 'madman' from my own region, is the way he talks. You can't be relating with people as if they were shit. You can't be threatening your own people with death. Who are you? Back to the issue of every region needing madmen.
Some unfortunate Fulani terrorists woke up from the wrong side of their bed and threatened to attack Asaba and Agbor if the governor did not rescind the collective ban on open grazing. My people, what happened next? These uninformed terrorists forgot they were dealing with a region that has original madmen who were only lying low. Lo and behold, Niger Delta militants woke up and issued a warning, promising to wipe out every Fulani man in the area. They also said they'd attack any facility owned by Fulani. Are you aware that more than 70% of oil blocs in the region are owned by Fulani? We will deal with that some day. Back to why I'm writing. Fulani terrorists aka herdsmen called a press conference and denied being behind the threat! Chineke! So these people dey fear something and somebody? Madman don jam madman wey pass am. Imagine Fulani speaking out of fear. They've seen men who mean business. MEND, I greet you.

  15. Men with their ego, wahala, acting up and never trying to come down a little for a person they are dating.

No one I fighting for a man's position in a relationship but the hight at which men place themselves is something to worry about.

Why will you be angry or feel that words like "I belive, I have been thinking, rational" are commanding words from a woman.

Saying if you want to talk to a man stop speaking English cos the man will feel like you wanna teach him English. I don't know how else to express myself without speaking English. Saying speaking pidgin, I cannot deal please it means you have inferiority complex and nothing more.

    7. Why date a man beneath your league? Can't you see that he knows your worth and you don't? He knows he doesn't deserve you and of course, he would try to make you little to subdue you. Don't blame him.

I dated a guy once and the first time his friend saw me, his jaw dropped and he kept starting till I left he gave no response to my greetings. The others I greeted, all couldn't answer and were just gawking at me till one broke the silence. I know I am extremely beautiful but that is not all there is to me.

People walk up to me all the time and tell me to contest for beauty pageants even random little children I don't know do smile and wave at me while some walk up to me to compliment me.

Imagine when the man I was dating after bothering me for a relationship for eight months had to tell me he cannot compliment me because he does not want it to get to my head. He would always look for flaws that does not exist to make me feel inadequate. Isn't that contradictory? Considering you were on my matter for many months. He would complain about everything though stylishly and act like he did not say a thing even my dressing. I peeped that game fast and nipped it in the bud. I broke it up with him after just five days of dating. Because I realised he was doing all that because even the man knows he is not worth my time so why am I ignorant? Please date those in your level.
Even with friends when you see that you have to make your self feel small to make your friends comfortable or like you then that is an obvious sign they are not in your league. If they can't meet up then don't go down for them.

    14. 10:04 Thanks for the advice, love. Even though I don't need it.
I chose to stay on a high horse. My choice. Anyone can sit on the floor and remain there if they deem fit and that is their call.

If you can date a man who complains about how you look, your hairstyle, your dressing just about almost everything about you displeases him and he wants to mold you to his taste just five days of dating and no positive comment from him to you and you can't see he is trying to break your spirit then na you sabi ooo

only to breakup with this same guy and he finally comes back pleading and he tells you he did all that because he did not want to compliment you so it won't get to your head and you still see nothing wrong with it then you need to pick your self-esteem off the floor. If you can date such a man, fine.
I was on the same high horse and my husband met me and climbed on it instead of trying to pull me down.
Do yourself a favour and stop mistaking high self-esteem for pride.

So a married man has been on my case for some months now, men when you tell them no that is when they decide to chock you the more but if you apply wisdom omg you will be the one enjoying the whole show.

Guy man has been on my neck to date him wirh two wives πŸ˜³πŸ˜πŸ˜‚πŸ€§I am from other religion that does not approve more than one wife.  What will I be doing with the married dude that has been the question I kept on asking myself πŸ€”

I couldn't block him or insult him cos I have a business which he patronise me well but I didn't know he was trying to buy my soul, heart and body.

I decided to bill him 5m for us to have a relationship,  I told him I need 5m or he should stop trying his luck. Dude cannot even afford 1m not to think of 5m. He has been begging me that he cannot afford it, I told him without fight or anything that is either 5m or nothing more.

The game is now on my favour cos I remind him from time to time I am still expecting his transfer.  The guy is giving me distance πŸ˜œπŸ˜œπŸ˜œπŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹πŸ€£πŸ€£πŸ€£ your prick nolonger stands up cos you heard 5m? God punish you for coming to waste my precious time,  you are happily married wirh kids but you wish me ot to have my own family but to waste my youthful days with you cos of 10 to 20k. You think I am that stupid 🀣πŸ€ͺπŸ˜‚πŸ˜’we are playing the game till 10m ewu hausa.

  20. Good morning everyone

Please this is my own response to the chronicle poster of yesterday, I can so relate to the chronicle,
Dear poster you are not petty, and I'm so sorry you are going through all of this and  your hubby is unable to put his feet on the ground. Birthing through CS is no joke  you deserve all the pampering biko.

Let me share my own experience  in my own case I had my baby she weighed 1.4kg through an emergency c section. I had preclampsia and we had to stay a while in the hospital. The birth was so eventful for both mother and child but thank God its history. All this while I had my mum and elder sis, and when we got home they were doing all the chores. I was  so relieved, though I didn't  allow them bathe the baby cos i told them I been taught how to bathe her and I wouldn't  want to  do otherwise. Their job was to arrange the bathe area, clean up and dress the baby. Everything  was sha good till Mama started pestering  my hubby that she wants to come that in yoruba tradition its the hubbys mum that comes for omugwo. I sha sent my people back for  Mama. What my eye saw that period ehnnnn. I was  cooking  different meals 3 times a day, taking care of mama and baby like my life depended on it. When my hubby comes back, I would  cry  with him  in the room ehn, he would comfort and tell me that Mama won't stay with us forever. His soothing words alone did the magic. Mama was going for a confrontation but I didn't give in because of my husband. That was when I started my doughnuts business out of frustration so that I could leave the house cos mama was always mentioning  her sons money every minute. Long story short one day she acted 1 drama and I just broke down and cried with my baby in my hands. She was expecting me to engage her in insults but I couldn't. I wasn't raised   that  way instead I knelt down and begged  her. She too started crying that it was devils work. Meanwhile my hubby was already  rushing home  cos I had called him. He had intention to bundle her to the park. But when he came I had to beg him at the gate before he entered the house. Mama sha spent another month with me and we became  very close. When she went  back to the village, I heard  she kept on singing my praises.

So fast forward to last year when I had my 2nd, another emergency csection. I had preclampsia again, the birth was very eventful, fortunately  I was already approaching  8 months so baby was a bit big. Meanwhile  Mama was already  inlagos cos I had previously told him to bring her for treatment but lockdown didn't  allow her travel back as at when due. During the course of her stay she went to her  other sons house my BIL for visit. Those ones had 2 maids. During the course of her visit, I had my 2nd baby. When we got home my hubby quickly told me "My dear no body is coming for omugwo, me n u will do it together"

Mama cried to come back ehnnnn, my hubby  told her that I've gone to my mums place. In his words, I can never put you through another  episode. Few months  I would  go n vist her there with my baby, we would gist. She would  remind me that when I'm strong enough. She wants to come over.

One thing sha led to another, she fell ill over there and she was later  moved back to our place. Hubby got a nurse, cos none of her children  wanted her. They all complained  that they couldn't take care  of her ooo. I sha volunteered and they all came to my house oooo. That one is another story. Mama later passed on, I believe I've shared the story here..

  21. Another episode happened  recently, life happened to my big bro and he he had to put up with us for a while. It wasn't  a big deal for us. But after few weeks my bro started leaving his dirty plates in the clean  sink for me to wash. First time, I thought it was an oversight, 2nd time I jokingly told him, he said he slept off. I didn't  know my hubby was taking notes, 3rd time  again he did it. Unfortunately for him my hubby came in before I did and met the plates  he calmly washed it. Immediately  I came in, he quietly told me " I just finished washing your brothers plate" and he stepped out calmly. He sha reentered  the house and everything  was going  on normal levels till I received  a call from my immediate elder sis. My hubby  had called her and reported my brother that in his words "How can bro be stressing my wife unnecessarily? She would wake up early in the morning  take care of the house, cook and clean before she goes to work and 1 Egbon feels he has the audacity  to pile his dirty plates from morning till evening  for my wife to come back from work to come and wash as the house girl lai laid oo,"
My sis sha apologised, ooo and she scolded my big bro. He came to apologise and never tried it again. Infact until he left, he made sure to keep the house clean till  he left.
Bottom line, post partum mothers should not be stressed biko........

Sorry  for my long epistle, my dear poster poster, I stand with you ooo n keep praying  for your hubby

    So sorry  for  my typos

If by being African you mean as a woman, I should be a slave, I renounce my "'Africanship." This is 2021 and not 58AD. You better wake up and move with times. Your husband should honour your brother yen yen. What if the husband is older? Don't get me angry this morning biko. Take time o!

    7. Hello @ 8 57, my elder brother had no business leaving his dirty dishes for me to wash when I get back from home knowing fully well, I had no help.

When I left home in the morning, I left a clean kitchen and a clean sink so that when I want to make dinner in the evening everywhere would be clean and dry.

Why would a grown up eat althrough the day and not clean up after himself? He didn't even used do that before and moreover He's not a guest, he's my brother, my family and by the way my husband does everybody's dishes after dinner. So washing his plates was not the issue and just so you know my husband is way older than my elder brother and him not confronting my bro was a way of showing him respect as an inlaw.

Even my brother knew he fucked up, when he saw my hubby doing the dishes. He went to hide in the room till my hubby went to call him to gist in the living room. In my home my hubby and I share the house chores and my brother is well domesticated so i wasn't happy when he started the habit of piling up dishes..

    3. Banning open grazing is like banning street hawkers, really? You compared that? Do street hawkers carry guns and machete? Do they kill? Do they infringe on people's farm lands? Do they destroy people's source of living? I shame for you and your likes.

Look at where you are giving this evil regime support from. No wonder the incompetent, evil, blood loving, religious and myopic government is moving head on facing a moving train.

Get out of here with this your ancient thinking. Open grazing in this 31st century? Are you serious?

When we talk of everyone going their separate ways for everyone to develop at their pace, folks like you tag them stupid names to chain development yet you support open grazing? Huh. I weak.

Shame. To you. To all that think like you. To all that support open grazing.

You want to ruin my morning. I reject you.

    6. Street hawkers are poor desperate people looking to earn their daily bread, how does that compare to cattle grazing for a very rich man that is empowering them to attack the regions they go to, giving them AK 47 and other ammunition. Please, just keep quiet if you don't know what to say. If you make this kind of comment in some parts of this country, angry youths can beat you up. A word is enough.......

  26. I have learned not to get angry at anyone for whatever they say. People who express things in offensive ways are actually going through some type of stress. I empathize rather than get upset
