Comedienne Princess Tells Court That She Set Up Colleague Baba Ijesha And Explains How She Did It..

Comedienne, Damilola Adekoya aka Princess, on Tuesday explained to the Lagos State Special Offences Court how she set up her embattled colleague, Olanrewaju ‘Baba Ijesha’ Omiyinka.

Explaining how the CCTV was set up in the house, Princess said: “The CCTV man, Mr. Brown set up the CCTV in the house. He owns a surveillance company. I don’t know the name, I only know Mr. Brown. I didn’t know the make of the CCTV camera used.

“Immediately I moved to the house, my landlord advised me to put a CCTV in the house, after asking for the price, I felt it was too high,” she told the court.

“On Monday, 19th April 2021, I invited Baba Ijesha to my house for a script conference, which he did. Unknown to him, there were CCTV planted in my house.”

When Princess was asked why she left the foster daughter with Baba Ijesha despite the prior allegation, she said: “The initial plan was to confront him but in the process, I knew it could get violent, the installation was to capture if the scene would get violent.

“I did not believe he (Baba Ijesha) would repeat the same function now that she is grown.”

Baba Ijesha was arrested in April for alleged sexual assault involving a minor.

    4. Hahahaha, i can't believe a man is on trial for molesting a minor and you're upset that the evidence against him was a setup. Smh

If Princess had said this story without any evidence, would you have believed her?

You think this case would have made it to court without evidence?

    5. Eka I do ooo but if this was the best way for them to get evidence and the court is ok with it, then it's fine.

Which scene? The confrontational scene without the girl set up or after the set up?

Her answer was wrong. I pray she wins the case cause the matter is kinda tough.
She was not supposed to leave her with him knowing the allegation against him.
It shows she is not capable of handling the situation.

The Baba Ijeshagate is just f**l for defiling a Minor. He just destroyed the girl's future with that act.
I was molested as a kid by a neighbour, but l reported to my Mummy within 5mins and they chased the guy from our flat, back then in Enugu.

God willing, l will protect my daughter with my strength, and God will do the rest.

Parents should empower their kids with the spirit of boldness to shun such people, and be able to open up.
