I am still looking at this case from another perspective.
The guy is a smoke gun to a bigger play.
He will go in and come via one way or the other.
One Military President played the game with one woman then, and it was the findings that killed Dele.
Our journalist should keep a steady tap on him to ensure he is actually at the Prison yard.

    1. The day I become a judge, honestly people like this will be getting dead sentence and luckily I become a governor, I will make sure I sign for them to be wipe out on the face of the earth. Bringing pains to a family cos of your wicked heart

This people stay in prison to recruit people in crime, esp those ones they release later. So no point keeping them on earth. I'm pained

  11. Mtcheew. After they released Emem Emmanuel and blatantly lied that he was not connected to the case, I lost total interest in whatever the court is doing.
Meanwhile Emem Emmanuel was the Twitter user who connected Hiny Umoren to this Akpan guy.
Stella I can send you evidence if you are interested.

Akpan is the fall guy for Godswlill Akpabio, Kufre Effiong and the rest of their murderous clique. Our system has evidently failed Hiny and the rest of us but God's judgement will never evade this wicked souls in this life time!

  12. Considering the punishment for culpable Homicide, his guilty plea will be recorded as not guilty. At this point, the prosecution has the onus to prove their case beyond reasonable doubt. Unfortunately, most state prosecutors are not diligent enough to do their work. When that is the case, this guy might be discharged and acquitted because doubts no matter how small must be resolved in favour of the accused person.

Let us hope that the prosecution counsels do their work very well and not in a shoddy manner if we want the maximum sentence to be passed on this Akpan.
