    1. Nigeria Police Force is trying to re-investigate what America' Federal Bureau of Intelligence have already come out with.

Thank God the case did not start here, otherwise this would have been the end of the story.

Has Nigeria Police Force ever come out with report of their investigations? Maybe, they will present something here because the almighty America is involved.

      What a country!

  4. When next the Police Service Commission wants to make an announcement, it should be that Abba Kyari is on a flight to the US. Enough of the delay.

    1. Now you are making sense. That's the right thing to do. Abba Kyari is so innocent and I want him to go to US and shame haters and then return.

    2. People in Nigeria really do have very little or no knowledge of how procedural issues particularly legal related play out. First, the crime in question is not related or connected to the US. The person duped is a Qatari businessman man, not an American. Kyari is not directly involved in the act. If at all anyone wants to extradite Kyari then it is the Qatari government. The US court cannot unilaterally approved an arrest of a citizen of a sovereign state using their FBI to arrest the person. No way. Kyari has a strong case. At this level, evidence we have is still speculative. Nothing proven at the moment except from court papers in the US snd that doesn’t make it final. Don’t say I am supporting corruption or Kyari. I’m talking legal principles here.

    3. 9.22 you have no shame trying to spin a case like this that is clear as day.

    4. Anon 09:22 keep consoling yourself you hear. So you know more than American judicial system. It's too early to sound this ignorant.

    5. It is obvious kyari is a bad cop whose hands are dirty but extraditing him to the US is what I don't understand.
The offence I see here is abuse of power, receiving bribe and all these happened in Nigeria so my point is, he has a case to answer in Nigeria and not the US.

Kyari should be dismissed, disgraced and jailed if found guilty.

    6. E be like say every lawyer dey see different things. An international Nigerian lawyer is saying something contrary to what you're saying on Facebook. Abeg how many years have you been practicing law and what is your real name? Say all you're saying with your full chest. No one should come and confuse people please because we "don't know how the law works"

    7. Thanks 09:51. There's a treaty between Nigeria and US. I don't know what the eliza lawyer is saying above. I read Malami the Attorney general advising US to follow due process as if US wasn't following due process. Can you imagine Nigeria advocating due process, the same government that kidnapped and smuggled a Brits from a foreign country without due process of extradition is talking of due process. The thing no shock you? Joke of the century.

Ohamadike said it and I quote "aka insi ha, ga ba'ha ncha n'onu" Iseee and otua ko di.

    9. The money were laundered through American bank accounts by other accomplices of hush puppi and kyari detaining the Nigerian who attempted to reveal to the Qatar man that he was being scammed, enabled the man to be scammed of more money, so kyari is an accomplice by aiding and abetting hush, so the Americans have every right to extradite kyari bcos all the money were received by thier banks over there✌🏾

  5. Good for him and i so care less..Let him rot in jail if found guilty

  6. For hushpuppi to confidently bribe an officer of his position, that tells you hes been doing alot of shady and underground deals with Yahoo boys and criminals, very dirty human beings in law enforcement with no conscience.... you accept bribe to detain an innocent man and possibly kill, and then you go home and sleep well at night. Godforbid.
People are slaves to money and will sell their conscience and do anything. Buhari says hes fighting corruption, which corruption or kwarupsun

    1. Someone that was called when some kidnappers kidnapped 4 Hausa rich guys, he enquired of the exact area as they demanded N10m each, he told them without mincing a word that those kidnappers dont collect more than N1.5M that they should settle them. #smh
I threw away the respect I have for him.

What a bad time to be a Nigeria.

    1. What is laughable is this man being adressed as 'super cop'. Dig in and you will see a long list of atrocities committed by this man and his former SArs squad. Petitions were submitted to the Police in time past but nothing came off it. The blood of countless victims will surely be avenged. This is the beginning of his travails.

  18. This goes to all the torture victims of Kyari. Was horrified when l saw the BBC documentary Kyari featured; where he proudly displayed suspects with broken ribs, legs etc (clearly tortured).

  19. Kyari is going no where for a long, long time. Extradition cases takes years. The late senator Kasamu was under going trials when he won his senatorial election and eventually contested for the 2019 gubernatorial election in Ogun state. At this stage, it is just an accusation. Kyari was named in Abbas' attempt to scam a Qatari business man. What's America' business there. The government of Qatar should be gunning for Kyari, definitely not the FBI. I don't see how any Nigerian judge can grant America's extradition request. Kyari is not a saint, from available information he is as corrupt as any other cop.

    1. Am not surprised by the revelation's in the FBI's indictment of our dear Super Cop. He was just like Evans,Wandume and the rest criminal he destroyed in the cause of duty. So destruction should equally befall him in the hands of the FBI. KARMA at the work it's does best.

  21. My question is why did the police force or whoever is in charge not set up an inquiry when he was named during the end SARS tribunal? If not for the FBI this man would continue in his work and possibly rise to the highest rank. Shame on this government.
STELLA LET'S ASK WHY HAS NOTHING BEEN DONE ABOUT HIS INDICTMENT IN THE END SARS TRIBUNAL?

  22. This Abba Kyari's case will trend for a long time. I pray this is the beginning of the cleansing Nigeria deserves. Corruption everywhere

  23. No tribalism in corruption, Kyari Hausa attended Cubana's burial Igbo, and Hushpuppi is Yoruba.

  24. This is why the law does not work in Naija. He was indicted in a global money laundering and racketeering case. His offense is not just against a Quartari citizen. He colluded with a gang that has Hushpuppi, woodberry, South Africans, Romanians and north Koreans . Besides which law school did not teach that if A commits an offense against B it’s prosecuted that way? It is the state of xyz that takes on the prosecution of A on behalf of equity and good faith to prevent societal breakdown otherwise A will apologize and may commit the crime again.

A whole generation of Nigerians grew up under a criminal mafia police, civil servants, thieves in Government, contracts that are overinflated, poorly educated followers plus politicians. They can no longer differentiate right from wrong. FBI does a thorough job. They looked into him in Feb, resumed in June and I don’t know whether his presence at a civilian ceremony where dollars and naira were being thrown in bundles that finally nailed him but I won’t be surprised if the agents in charge watched the bundles being thrown around at a funeral & had enough. They serve cookies & coffee at their own funerals.

Read the detailed arrest warrant where he called hush many times with different phone numbers, referring to him as “Bros”. The whole police force, civil service, the political class and their cronies are a mafia in Nigeria and my fear is that they can finish him so he doesn’t sing like most people when faced with 30 years sentence. I find it amusing when Nigerians use ill gotten money to buy property here. This is America. Money laundering and racketeering and wire fraud are very serious. He actually said on tape that he “jailed someone on the orders of Hushpuppi”. Defending criminal behavior is a choice but how did a DCP get as rich as he is if not via corruption?

FBI is not Boy scout NPF that lives on bribery and wickedness. The AKyari guy is said to be a billionaire doling out money seized from criminals to friends and owning 20 houses in GRA maiduguri. I cannot see why Kanu & Igboho are being hounded when the real thieves are enjoying. Feel free to defend him. Many more names are with FBI and they may be the ones God will use to bring the house of criminal mafia oppression in Nigeria where if you know nobody you don’t get a job and other crimes go unpunished if you have a godfather down.

They got Noriega of Panama, a President. America caught Pablo Escobar of the Colombia drug cartel. FBI & CIA has agents in every embassy & consulate. A country serious about reform got Dutch police trainers at some point to train their police.

Nigeria needs FBI to train detectives especially efcc that allegedly share loot recovered instead of returning them to the National purse. He is not the only one and if they refuse to extradite him, he has to stay in Nigeria for the rest of his life. There are consequences and most of those involved have companies in the US or are Americans. It’s disturbing that anyone doesn’t find the “jailing” of another Nigerian offensive, for betraying a fraudster by a “super cop”. Read all the indictment and the court arrest warrant. America will spend $1m to brink those who launder or commit fraud of $1000k to justice. America after 9/11 through President Bush promised to bring Osama bin laden to justice or take justice to him. President Obama took American justice to him in another country. The game is over for him. He is actually safer in American custody especially if he has collaborators who can term him.
