DeleteI hate going to that place 🥴🥴🥴🥴🥴. You get there at 6am, you go queue like say you be refugee, very unorganized and rude people.
I've renewed my passport there twice now, and it was fine - got there close to my appointment time, no one was rude, I got the passport the day I was asked to come. Two friends recently renewed too without any issues.
