Saturday Breakfast Post

 Sometimes a light breakfast is OK if you stuffed up the day before.... Our body also needs rest from food!





I had same bread pictured with a little salted butter and peppermint tea......

Some people cannot do without loading up on Rice or 'swallow' in the Mornings. I used to be like that but changed because such food can be too heavy sometimes..... That saying i envy those who can get hot Amala,gbegiri, ewedu and 'smelly' goat meat to wack in the Mornings...LOL

  4. The things I am allergic to ehh. Na only God understand why.I can't eat πŸ₯š yolk, butter 🧈, red meat πŸ–. If I stubbornly eat them, I will feel so uncomfortable and all my joints will start aching seriously πŸ˜‘. I have kukuma cut off from eating them.

    I don't do breakfast and I'm loving it 😊. Thou I do take freshly fruits juice or smoothy sometimes. Like today now, going to blend watermelon, 🍎πŸ₯’πŸ‰πŸ carrots and enough ginger fruits juice 🀀🀀🀀.


    In other words, how can I stop losing weight in my breasts, bikonu?? Have been working on cutting down my weight but I recently noticed that my boobs are reducing too. I mean, I love the size of my boobs as they're not that big or that small, I love them perfectly fine as they are. The only thing that makes me reduce apart from gym (as I am too lazy for that) is intermittent fasting and eating once in a day. But I'm just noticing that my boobs are reducing too and I don't like it one bit 😡. Please,Any ideas on what I can do?? Someone please help a sister in distress πŸ™πŸ™πŸ™.

    1. Good morning. My dear you cannot spot reduce your weight gain or loss. Once you start loosing, you lose every where. Would have suggested you start doing some weighted chest exercises that target the boobs but you don't like gyming. All the best dear.

    I have really tried to be consistent but my system keeps rejecting it. The only thing I can jump @ in the name of breakfast is green/blacktea with honey and a little bit of honey. It gives me joy mehn... then creamy coffee... aaahhh... that one na life gan.

  13. I got a bunch of plantation as gift on Tuesday and by Wednesday it started getting ripe and by Thursday all of them got ripe except for two that are still green, so I've been on a plantation diet literally since Tuesday, still had some today will still eat em tomorrow and Monday too,

  20. I'm doing intermittent fasting. Have lost all my baby fat. I'm back to my pre- pregnancy bod. I only eat twice a day but I take lots of water to stimulate breast milk.

    2. Yes o,intermittent fasting all the way. Just breaking my fast after 20hrs with almond and cashew nuts and apple. I have really learnt a lot from this blog.

    3. I do intermittent fasting so I only eat between 11am and 6pm everyday. My son is 7 and I’m a size 8 but I have been this size all my life apart from when I was pregnant till my son was 8 months then all the fat disappeared and I went back to all my size 8 cloths.

      I started gym when he was 1 to keep fit.

  24. This morning eh! I couldn't remove the picture of the huge Snails l cooked the evening before.
    Nah so l enter Ola Ola pounded Yam with my Ogbono soup, well peppered and assisted with Parrots fish.
    What other breakfast can be greater than this.
