Police Vow To Arrest Alleged Cultists Who Killed Young Man And Used His Head To Play Football...

Did you see the viral video circulating on Whatsapp where the head of a young man was used as a Football by a group of men? It is a horrible sight to behold!

Police authorities in Anambra State have vowed to arrest suspected cultists who killed a member of a rival group and used his head to play soccer.

The incident happened on premises suspected to be a residence of students of Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University in Igbariam.

In his reaction, the state police commissioner, CP Tony Olofu, who spoke through the command’s spokesperson, DSP Toochukwu Ikenga, said the command was working hard to track down the culprits.

Ikenga said: “The Commissioner of Police, Anambra State Command, CP Tony Olofu, has ordered an investigation on the shooting incident on 25/9/2021 by 4 pm along Igbariam road.

“Preliminary investigation reveals that the shooting was as a result of the rival cult clash. Meanwhile, Police Operatives have intensified patrol and surveillance within the area. Further details shall be communicated,” he said.

  1. It's so sad seeing evil amongst youths. The video shock me.
I saw how he was killed and his head cut off. It looks like a dull during the soccer.
    May God repay them.

    4. Asin! I really do not understand you Internet people!!

Why must you watch everything circulating on the Internet? Is it necessary? What exactly do you stand to benefit.
Since the Aluu 4 incident that I mistakenly came across the video years ago, I've never consciously watched another of such video. I use a WhatsApp that I turn of people's status update so it doesn't even show on my phone talk more of me viewing to see what anybody posted.

I think we all should do better.
This idea of making a video to post online, na who even send people this message?

      Nawa for una o

  2. The youths of today are very scary people. Too bold and heartless. Love money too much and want it very quickly. I fear for any parent not raising their kids with the fear of God. Nothing like being a happening mum or dad o. Raise your child and instil discipline and the fear of God in them or you will one day face the monster you raised.

  5. When you see some children die on the day that's suppose to be their happiest day, it's not from God. I have seen cases where the supposed person know she's going to die because of marine spirit set date, some are innocent but paying for sins of the parents. You can't be a cultist killing other people's children and in your old age expect to see your own children celebrate, mbanu, it's called Karma. Some mothers have done evil in place of employment especially the nurses and midwives, hmmmm. Some parents have killed many innocent people and destroyed homes while practising occultism. The wickedness in this world is unending. Deliverance is key and consistency in our Christian race. May Yahweh continue to give us victory over this wickedness of the wicked.

  10. Some of their parents are ritualists and occultic politicians and “rich” men forming Christians and Muslims. An apple tree cannot produce a peach fruit. A society where occultists and mamalawos and babalawos and false prophets & imams boast on SM? This kind of horror is a product of the current Nigerian society outside their schools where you don’t get contracts unless you belong to a cult or group or you don’t become “rich” unless you do evil. God is watching everybody. Paul wrote Timothy that “The foundation of God stands sure, having this seal, God knows those that are His but let everyone that names the name of God depart from evil”. God is his own librarian with the book of life and he cannot be bribed. Be a good person and train your child to be good towards everybody. Rich doesn’t mean rotten. Have you ever heard of the children of most of the world’s richest? They keep low profile and are taught manners to carry the name & wealth forward. Ill gotten money leads to these. I do not have a WhatsApp. I pay to call anyone I choose to speak to.

  11. Cultism should actually be a capital offence in Nigeria.
