ILLEGAL BABY MAMA
Please I need help especially from the people in UK.
I am a baby mama to someone(story for another day) who is legally in the UK. I am illegal in the UK and this man refused to file for document for my baby so that I can get my own through my son, we only registered him.
Now my questions is and this is where I need help, is there anyway I can get my sons document? I don’t have his dad’s document details, I only know his name, date of birth and house address.
Please I really need help, someone help me please ,thanks.

ReplyDeleteI was also going to ask this question if he is a married man. However, you skipped this detail. This would make the picture clearer and anyone who is willing to help in terms of advising you or other wise will know the right step to take.
DeletePoster, for a start, all you need is his names and date of birth. Go to a lawyer let them find a way of getting him to pay for child upkeep. By the time they touch that part of him, he will appear and render all necessary support to settle the child. I don't know how you went about getting pregnant for him and I don't know what happened between you two but if you are really sure the child is his better still,go to citizens advice bureau. They won't do anything to you but you will get the help you need. Don't be scared that you will be deported because you won't.

poster get a good lawyer, am in Uk and i know how the system works. is your name on the birth certificate? if yes, thats all you need to get your 2 and half years limited leave to remain( 10 year route). you dont know if he has gotten passport for the child already so that will be hard plus its only his dad that can file for his pp. Get a good lawyer and you will win this if both you and your partners is on the BC.

She should go speak to a lawyer but be prepared because it can take years. Stella don't judge too much, some girls don't even want a man but intentionally get pregnant for papers, when the man finds out, maybe through snooping, it becomes a problem. They feel cheated

ReplyDeleteGo to your local council or if your child is in school tell the head teacher how you are struggling with the child, since his name is on the birth certificate something can be done. Shelter, red Cross they all help if you are sure he is legal

DeleteThis happened to me was married oo wickedness knows no situation the child is always innocent. How I did mine. Apply for status letter for the child through home office it costs less than £100 because they know how wicked men can be to their own blood .all you need is the guys details eg DOB With that status letter it takes a few weeks. You’ll use it to apply for the lovely boys British passport .shikena you no need the bagar. My advice to you don’t vex and deprive the boy of his father be very strong and take care of your son.very well . I mean very well na im go beg. Yeye dey stink till tomorrow it won’t end

I have a sure connect for you but I really can't say it here. But you need to have about N5m. You won't have to marry anybody and you'll be as free as a bird. You'll be able to work full time etc etc. Its 100% legit. Too bad i can't say it here so it doesn't cast for many Nigerians who want to Japa the legal way.

You need to reach out to a women's advocacy group or immigration charity that helps persons in your situation. Every big city have at least one, but likely more. They usually offer free legal advice and assistance on how to get thing moving forward.

I have witnessed a lady in the UK that intentionally puncture a hole in condom and got pregnant so as to tie the guy down with pregnancy and get papers. Hope you all will give same advice to your blood brother if/when a lady does that to him?
Something you don’t know the full story, you are calling the man wicked, useless, good for nothing etc.
This lady can even use style to make the guy to be paying child support for a child they agreed not to have.
Let the poster talk her full undiluted story before you judge. Not many/all men are hard hearted to leave their children outside except where the woman has shown the man.
