  10. A land bought for #.5 and sold for #5m 22year later is actually not a good sale considering the value of money then and now. So also the cost of producing the #1500 noodles in 1999 and 2021 are different considering inflation and other factors of production.

    1. Thank you for saving me from typing this. Real estate is not a good way to preserve monetary value in Nigeria, not to talk of growing it. Just compare the exchange rates those years ago to now and you'll see that if your money didn't shrink, it did still at best.

  11. There's no correlation... Land is an asset, with time and development yo the area it appreciates.. While hike in noodles may signal inflation and money devaluation...
