Those people that gave him out of clout and hypocrisy won't ever have gone to visit an orphanage, not to talk
    of giving them anything.

    1. Dont believe that oh.
I know so many ppl that have lifted so many ppl, including family members... but when they were down and in need, nobody show face, story of my dad. You might be lucky though, not every case ends up like my dad...
Nigerians can be very ungrateful, in David's case, forget oh, most of them see it as future investments.
We DONT rise by lifting anyone, just be good, help if u want, you can still rise without lifting anyone.

I don lift myself and my family members finish? Make I lift who I no sure of, if you're hungry I can help u with food, if I have oh. Nigerians that expect you to do for them what they can never do for someone else... most of them hailing David "You did well", they cant even donate 5k to charity for Christmas, only 5k oh.

    5. To me that 'we rise by lifting others' doesn't necessarily mean the people you helped will repay you back with the same kindness. To me it simply means 'givers never lack'. You can still receive help from someone you've never even helped/known at all. #my2cents

  25. I didn't like davido before , until I saw a post of him attending his driver's wedding and I think he was even one of the groomsmen. He won me over that day.

I'm not suprised that he gave the whole money away. I said it on one post that it's usually poor people that make fun of their fellow poor people and the rich usually don't place much importance on money . One silly Anon replied and said she was going to show her "rich " friends my comment. When you see people that were born into money ,you will know. It's not by shouting "I'm rich, I'm a big girl ,I wear designers. These are all signs of poverty.

Ask bvs now which they would choose in a relationship; money or loyalty. The ones born into money will choose loyalty, the ones born into poverty will choose money. From the comments on this blog , I know the bvs from rich homes and I also know the ones from poor homes.

    1. They speak according to the state of their heart. That same individual got under my comment telling me that rich men don't marry maids. They think everyone is the same as them and think like they do.

This guy has done well in the height of a deep recession. How many hearts will be filled with hope and joy because of him. How many children and young ppl will be inspired to take on a life of humanitarianism. His singularl act will keep on paying for generations to come. This is how you use celebrity and social media. Some get up everyday arguing with mystery ppl and he comes along and quietly move mountains.

    2. You've said it all.

I also remember the comment from that anon, I shook my head when I read it - both her and her 'rich' friends are cut from the same cloth.
