  4. Nigerians do not respect contracts,i once prepared a contract between a producer and my client who was editing the series.
    They owed this guy lots of money and never paid up till date.
    When i sent a letter of demand on behalf of my client,they sent thugs after me.

    This is long overdue na. They ought to been involved since the opportunity presented itself, but stil not late. Only that majority would rather take the crumbles than go for due diligence. Our endemic problem, we are who we are - a people averse to proper change.

  6. If you’re talking about entertainment lawyers,I believe they need Nigerian lawyers trained in America that truly understand the gimmicks here.Don’t go and hire one Nigerian lawyer that doesn’t know American entertainment and business laws o,it will be a wasted effort.
