DeleteI would transfer 2m to the woman who sells piglets. Transfer 5million to my brother who is into construction and real estate, then transfer 3milion to the woman who supplies ponmo, smoked fish, crayfish in bags, Oron palm oil in jerrycans, etc. I have all of their account details.
I will use the one in my brother's account to pay for two plots of land worth 2m in one new site in Ibadan called Ayegun, he will construct a pig house for me there .
He will make a borehole and we will plant pawpaw, palm trees, waterleaves and other plants round the farm, this will serve as food for the pigs.
The pig seller will supply me piglets worth 1.5m, the rest (500k) will be used to supply me their feeds as she sells the feeds too. Piggery is very profitable. A mature pig can be sold for 150k each depending on how many Kgs it weighs. A female pig can also give birth up to 18 piglets.
The other woman will supply me bags of dry ponmo, smoked fish,etc which I will supply to market women. Proceeds from the foodstuff supply business will be used to pay labourers who will work on the pig farm. When I start selling the pigs, I will build my own residential apartment on one plot there.

After the expiration of the 10minutes, I would collect all the necessary receipts and papers and lease the house out to one of my clients who needs a house he can use as guest house. I will now use the proceeds from the lease to get an office for running my lotto business, Estate agency business and online sale of shoes and sneakers.

Nor could any construction be executed within the quarter of an hour. Even wholesale distribution of cement and logistics businesses can not be undertaken inside 15 minutes.

Spending 1.5% of it to buy my aged parents drugs still isn't a 15 minutes thing. Nor could investing 25% into mutual trusts and spending the remaining 73.5% in food stuff, wharehousing for first quarter of 2022 feasible within the given time.
The easiest would be to transfers it into I, and my husband's Forex and crypto accounts and upgrade the two accounts, since it's quoted in USD already. This one can be concluded withing 15 minutes - that's around $20,000 if I'm not mistaken.
