  6. It's good to always make the decision not to let your future look anything like your humble beginning.

I remember him back at Beesam - Alhaji Azeez, with Dr Sid, and the late Stephen Keshi's family flat across the road.
Hawking plantain round the hood then, Timaya has come a long way o ...

    2. Where did you see timaya and Dr Sid hawk plantain.
Timaya came to Lagos after he had blown a bit. He came to Lagos a millionaire. So where did you see him?

    4. Timaya stayed around Beesam, that's a boundary between Mafoluku and Oshodi. And attended either comprehensive high school, Oshodi or Ikeja Grammar school, Oshodi - He sha attended one of the secondary schools in theat big school compound that also housed the then famous "Jalisco mini stadium". Just across that big school compound was Ike Shorumu's family house I think.
As for Timaya, you'd see the story building where Keshi's siblings lived just before entering the street on which Timaya lived somewhere in one of the BQ's I think with either the sister's or Brother's family. At a time he left cause we didn't see him for a while, then he appeared again after some years. I think this was when he started doing music fully because you'd often find him on most street jams then.
He hawked plantain well in his first stay in that neighborhood. That was the same street that housed the late Justus Esiri. So It's not in my habit to reply comments made under mine, so as to avoid this. But on this, you goofed. Because Timaya did not come to Lagos after he has blown, Lagos actually moulded him to blow.....

    5. Let's not even forget that the former host of Sunday Rendezvous had a music studio around the outer entrance to that said street. So also was Princess Jegede Babes Football Club hostel or something - because the team hangout a lot around there in the evenings.
Just stone throw away from local airport via Beesam gate and NAF Base.

Did he force the girls to open their legs for him? they willingly got pregnant cause they could ve taken contraceptives or use protection to prevent the pregnancy, so it's not solely his fault.
