I dated this babe some years back, provided her with most of her needs.
ReplyDeleteOne time like that, I was not feeling too well and we went to a pharmacy to get some pills, tried to withdraw some cash from the closest ATM but it wasn't dispensing, so I collected 2k from her with a promise to refund her later.
I still gave her money severally after the incident, even gave her 10k two days after to sort out some of her personal issues.
But this girl was still asking me for the 2k, I could easily say, babe take this 10k, use 8k to fix your hair and the remaining 2k is the payment for the debt, but I didn't do it, thinking she will see the money as her own sacrifice in the relationship.
But babe kept reminding me about the 2k till the end of our relationship.
I'm waiting for her wedding day...I will put the 2k in an envelope and write on it, it's the money I borrowed from you some years ago.

The good news is - you don't have to hide anymore!

Good Morning One Big and Happy Family. Hope we all had a goodnight rest?
ReplyDeleteTomorrow 31st is my younger Sis white wedding, the traditional/white wedding was supposed to hold last year but it was called off due to the Covid19 restrictions on gathering, so the young man just did the necessary traditional rights last year. So it's all going down tomorrow. My house don full already.
See eh the 3 guys that got married to my sisters within the space of 1year are 3 friends, and none of them dated more than 4months, infact 2 amongs them are brothers from the same town. Now this is what happened, after the 1st guy met my sister, 2weeks later he called me on the phone that he wants to pay me a visit at my place in Owerri, that my sis was staying with me then.
So when he came he brought drink and told me he wants to marry my sis, I asked him how long have you knew my sis, he said it's not up to a month and I asked him why the rush, and he told me, he loves my sis very much and his very much matured to know who he wants to spend the rest of his life with, I said no wahala you have to go and see my parents in the village for proper introduction, I use the drink he brought as kola and we all drank.
This guy went and told his friend about my other younger sis, that one too came did introduction and went and told his brother that his wife had another younger sis, that he should come and marry her.
He told him his wife and sisters are well educated, well trained and comes from a VERY humble background.
My brothers and sisters naso 3 friends take marry my 3 sisters oh under one year. And they are all living happily, with the most beautiful cute little boy I have ever seen.

I feel there were some omissions and again some errors as well. Going through the nomination list, what I should have won is the political analyst. I counted and saw over six nomination more than anyone else. I don't know how I ended up as controversial when only two persons nominated me on that category and I counted two bvs with more than two nomination on that controversial category.( Side eyes to Stella and her P.A)
ReplyDeleteI know it is for fun, but there should be transparency so we don't end up like the Nigerian politicians and their system of election which we always condemn.
Going further, I remember the last time I was nominated and judged as the most gbagaun bv. I didn't find it funny, for I know I can do better. I took it as a challenge to improve on my written English. Even though I'm not perfect yet, just like no one is, I think I've done better. The blog really shaped me to a reasonable extent I must be candid here. Most corrections I got here, I received and took them as my learning process. I didn't feel bad about it, rather I appreciated and took it in good spirit. Just like I would always say, "I'm opened for improvement."

ReplyDeleteI read the awards, the boxing etc...I really don't know what is our gain considering the facts most of us are worshipping God Almighty but we keep fighting and being abusive. That is not Gods plan for us. Every naughty words we release as joke, abuses, rudeness will all be accounted for. Let's season and weigh what we talk before vomiting rubbish.

ReplyDeleteWhat you are doing in psychological term is known as"Avoidant personality disorder"this hurt makes you withdraw from people and before you know it you become isolated,you won't realise the extent to which you have become isolated until you have advanced in age,do you keep cutting people off??realise no one is perfect including and humans are bound to offend you ,you just have to learn to forgive them in advance and express your hurt to them if it will make you feel better,enjoy the good times you have with people and endure the bad times,it's only a phase,you have the good and the bad times,stop expecting life and people to be perfect,Nothing is except God,apply this now and be rest assured to have a fulfilling life✌️❤️❤️

Someone gave me this book as a gift,
Awaken The Giant Within by Anthony Robbins. A neighbour's sister that visited during Christmas, came into my room to use my iron, saw the book and asked if it is for me, dropped it. She came to my room again last night to iron her clothes again. This morning she went back to her base. My eyes just drifted to the corner where my books are arranged, the book is gone. I told her sister, we called her, she said it is not with her.
That book is a great masterpiece. I have it and enjoyed every bit of it while reading it. I learnt alot from it. It shaped my perception about life.
