DowenGATE - 12 Year Old Sylvester Oromoni's Mum Cries To God To Avenge His Death After His Alleged Killers Are Set Free

The Mother of late Sylvester Oromoni Jnr, a student of Dowen college who was allegedly bullied by five schoolmates who tried to lure him into cultism has reacted as the students and employees of the school linked to her son’s death were exonerated of any involvement.

The Lagos State Director of Public Prosecution, DPP, Ms Adetutu Oshinusi, cleared all five students, staff members and the college of complexity in the death of the 12-year-old on Wednesday.

Oshinusi said the result of the toxicology did not indicate the presence of any toxic or poisonous substance in Oromoni’s body.

The DPP also cleared the students of belonging to unlawful society due to insufficient facts to establish the offence.

According to Daily post, Late Sylvester's mother in a viral video broke down in tears and asked God to avenge the death of her son.

“The battle that is on ground is of the Lord. For this the whole world will know that there is God that fights for the oppressed.

“Dear lord, let your wrath fall on all of them.

“Let them know that I serve you. Let them experience what I am passing through in the mighty name of Jesus.

“They will know that there are some people they that are untouchable. The whole world, Nigeria, let them know that you love me, let them know that you are the one fighting my battle.

“Arise and avenge the death of my son. I depend on you alone Jehovah God. Arise and fight this battle in Jesus mighty name I pray.”

    1. I looked forward to the autopsy/toxicology reports and since that didn't indict them, almost nothing will. These are children of powerful people and they will do everything to protect their children/business (the school).

Besides, I I feel this mothers pain and wish I had access to her to stop her from pronouncing these curses. You know why? The curse is already at work by law of nature and the guilty MUST reap as they have sowed. Her pronouncing it, in fact makes it weaker. And for you who read or watched the curse video and said amen...it's not good for you.
Blood is spilled! A curse is automatically in motion!! Don't get involved. I have written here a few times how curses work. Please let's stay away from issuing it or listening/ reading it. In fact it works faster when it didn't have human influence on it.

  17. That video is soo heartbreaking, this is a time for self evaluation as parents how do u train ur children that they have the mind to inflict pain on another child like them, what kind of environment do they live in,this is why most times when there is domestic violence and toxicity in a home it’s best to leave cos children see this hostility and toxicity from their parents and they think it’s normal, they think bullying is normal, as a woman u bully ur husband,as a Man U bully ur wife u beat them at the slightest and provocation,u hit ur partners with belt, with iron,u destroy properties when u are angry,ur children know u for bin a tyrant,All this they are seeing and they are learning fast, they think it’s normal for adults to react this way, then they go out to exhibit the evil they have bin watching, seeing and imbibing now their evil character has pushed them to kill a child and the parents are hiding their evil children from bin punished,it’s difficult to get justice in cases like this in this part of the country especially when the people involved are wealthy and connected in the society, meanwhile if u bring up ur children Instill discipline in them, don’t condone any form of bullying and u don’t even tolerate ur kids bin wicked to each other at home this might never even happen,if u show ur spouses love and extend d love to ur kids I doubt that child will go to school and force another child to drink chemical.Children are basically an end product of their environment,If u are in a toxic, abusive and destructive relationship and u claim u are staying cos of ur kids u are only doing more harm than good to that child,u are scarring them for life most of them usually grow to be bitter, wicked, and very mean adults.cos only a wicked and heartless child will do what those kids did to that boy..Even if Sylvester doesn’t get justice now God is not asleep, the cry of his mother, the cry of Nigerians will hunt his killers, the school management trying to cover up for the children all of them involved trying to cover Sylvesters death and prevent justice from happening,God will cause them to loose their loved ones in gruesome manners too,God is not mocked what a man sows that he will reap.

  19. A loud Amen to her prayers. Oh Lord, let every single soul involved and in support suffer ten times of every single thing Silvester suffered before dieing, may they eat and drink ten times of the agony Sylvester's mom and entire family members are suffering. Continue to fly high with the Angels dear Sylvester. Nigerian parents, once your kids complains of any kind of bully in school, take them away from the school immediately. Don't even bother about the amount of money you've spent so your innocent baby doesn't end up like Sly. Here nothing works, don't allow yourself or loved one to become a victim of a very useless and wicked system, stay wide awake all time, every seconds.

The only justice that actually works here is jungle justice,Sadly.

  21. Are you still doubting we all live in a zoo? The most prominent feature of an animal setting is lack of justice. Bigger animals devour smaller ones. The biggest ones do same to the bigger ones. Sylvester's father isn't a poor man, yet, he couldn't get justice for his son because he was devoured by bigger animals. As an animal kingdom, there won't be justice. If you still have the way out of this cursed society, run! Run away!
Despite the general outcry, they refused to give this kid justice. Chai! This is so painful. This is so traumatizing. May Nigeria never happen to our kids. Rest well Sylvester.

    1. Not trying to say anything but the only possible justice to be exacted here is the one the family of the victim carry out by their own hands. If u know u know. Karma doesn't exactly exist

  22. Amen to your prayers ma!
This so painful to even think about. Getting justice in Nigeria is like a camel passing through a needles hole. I pray God fights her case. I pray that everyone who has a hand in Sylvester's death never know peace in their lifetime.

I also hate to admit that I blame the parents of Sylvester for their carelessness. You picked your child in such devastating condition and your first point of call should be the hospital but no, you took him home. For what exactly? Nigerians should develop the habit of visiting the hospital immediately one feels unwell and not wait till it degenerates to a more serious case.
Personally, I think Sylvester would have been alive today if not for the careless way his case was handled starting from the school to the parents. He was kept at home for days and probably they were administering pain relief (our regular way-paracetamol even when one is running serious temperature).
This should teach everyone a thing or two but the thing is we are not even talking about the carelessness part, we are only concerned about the assailants and the school authority.
    It's well.

    1. True. Also the hospital will create a report that can be used when it is time for legal action. Ppl must get in the habit of when harm happens to have documentation from a third party. The hospital could have tested for internal bleeding, organ damage etc.

Even with cases of domestic violence go to the hospital.

It may take time but God will surely avenge her son's death. We may just not be aware of it when it happens. Whatever a man is sowing, he must also reap.

That is why before marriage, you need to seek God's guidance so that you and your future children do not become affected by the sins of the family you're coming into.

  40. My heart weeps for this woman.

Do you know why Americans hardly curse when a situation happens to them, because they pursue the case in court. It doesn't matter how many years it takes for justice to be given, they will wait while grieving. The average Nigerian will curse and curse, then one human being will tell them to take back their curses , then everyone goes Scot free. We are blinded by religion and have no knowledge of the ways of God. Before you know it, they will send one religious pretentious human being to beg this woman to forgive them.

Did you people not curse Fashola during end Sars? What happened? Did you people not curse all our bad leaders , curse FFK yet these people will probably live until their 100s, repent and still make heaven. Their children are living good lives, you are here cursing. Black Americans had to start a protect #Black lives Matter to put an end to the injustice done to Blacks in America. They stood up and fought. They encountered many challenges but they fought and are still fighting to end racism against blacks. They stopped relying on "karma" solely and started acting.

I am trying to say that a society has laws for a reason. A society has police station and court of law for a reason. A society is made up of people. If everyone cursed instead of sending criminals to jail, we will end up breeding ground for more criminals. There are criminals taking notes from this. If it happens again, the person will curse and rely on Karma. What is wrong with some of you? While "Karma" is working, do something.

Go to court and get justice. Scream until you are tired of screaming. Protest until the world hears. Pray to God until you run out of what to pray, write petitions until you cannot write again. Do something. Act. Evil persist when good men do nothing.

Nigeria is corrupt because our citizens accept corruption. They are emotional just for some months and then move on. No action. They use religion to manipulate all of you. Religion is different from fellowshipping with Christ.

The latest you people have learnt now to cover up injustice by waiting for Karma. You were placed on earth for a reason, wake up and act. Follow through with the laws of the society, demand for justice with the appropriate authorities and court system. Ensure independence of judiciary. Start recalling your senators that are docile and corrupt. Fight for justice. If people learn their lessons, others will desist from such act.

I guess this will be ignored because most of you are sentimental, likes to do minimal positive work while you rely on karma to console you.

Criminals will now start relying on Karma too. After all if they do bad to you, you will only call Karma. Can't you see how silly it sound?

God placed us here to do better, have laws and implement laws, apply justice.

    KING XOXO MYSTERY

  41. I thought the deceased had been badly beaten. I wasn't aware that the case was based on poison.

The parents should do an independent autopsy. Yes, you can pay for your own autopsy that is not state funded out of pocket by an independent expert. You can even get one that is not Nigerian that lives in a different country to ensure no question of bias exists.

If there is an issue with the possibility of corruption being involved with the case you have to be strategic in your approach to getting justice. This is not the end. Speak to your lawyers! Pray your prayers but keep exploring legal avenues that are available and the first step is to have an independent autopsy.
