ReplyDeleteThey asked for the help but people didn’t lay mind/attention to their cry. I have been extremely very depressed, sad and sometimes I feel like giving it up and no one cares. I go to therapy which lasted for an hour and when I got home, the depression sets in and despite the fact that I told everyone around me of being sad, all they see is the beautiful things around me and not the inner message I was relaying to them.

-A first degree in marketing from a USA university
-A law degree from a USA university
-An MBA from a USA university
-A thriving law career in a renowned law firm
-Advocacy for women's rights
-Miss America 2019
-A fashion blog that is a sensation . . . and she is just 30.
So why did she kill herself, why, why?!!
I live in the States. I don't know this lady's faith but I was so distraught reading this
this morning. Apart from talking to someone like Stella suggested, I will tell everybody, particularly
women reading this. Please in everything you get in this life, seek for eternal life in Christ. Even people
of faith are tempted, yes, tempted to take their lives. It happened to my son, I wrote it here before.
I had an urge to fast for 3 days prior to that. I initially resisted it due to my schedules but when the urge became
so strong and did. And I found myself praying against the spirit of death.
On the third day, my son confessed that he had planned to walk into a stream of fast moving vehicles
on the highway. Tears, so much tears. Some other time, I will write this story in full.

DeleteNo beauty, no achievements, no success, no money, no relationships can bring you real inner peace. The things of these world give the illusion of giving happiness, sometimes those ppl who seem to have it all are the very ones suffering the most. Then you meet someone living in a ramshackle hut, having to go haul water, cooking on a wood fire, barely having any clothes, and that person is truly at peace and filled with deep joy.

I took the vaccine, my parents who are pastors took it and we’re doing well! Only side effect I had when I took the booster shot is I slept a lot that day and was fine the next day. Whenever I take the flu shot vaccine, side effect is flu like symptom and I’m fine afterwards and don’t get sick throughout the cold weather. You took vaccines as a child, flu shot vaccine and all that so Stop misleading people!!!

ReplyDeleteFor a Christian going through depression, my best advice is to open your heart and call/talk to the Holyspirit and ask Him to heal you of whatever is troubling you.

It is not just talking but talking to the right person.

Talk therapy, prayers/bible reading and proper medication or supplements helps tremendously.

ReplyDeleteWhat I find distressful is this issue of "RIP," please suicide is murder and it is against God's commandments. People who commit suicide do not go to heaven, it is not a peaceful rest. Just put that into perspective before you think of taking "your life," which you did not create.
